The tomatoes were gross and shouldn't have been included. But, I feel like, unless you're getting a back from an all natural or organic food store, like a Whole Foods, you can't expect what you get to not have preservatives and things. As for the cheese, best buy dates are not expiration dates. They're the company's best *estimate* of when the food will have the best flavor. They have no way of knowing for sure and quite honestly, it's in their financial interest to underestimate those dates so that people throw stuff away and buy more. *A lot* of people throw away perfectly good food because they believe it magically goes bad on a certain date, when most of the time, it can be eaten well past that date. If you open the product and it doesn't have mold, is not slimy and looks and smells good, the odds are pretty good that it's perfectly fine (think about it, our grandparents didn't have best buy dates, they relied on their senses to determine if food was good). That food can be frozen and safely eaten at a later date.
The colour in the cheese is Carotene - that is the orange pigment that makes carrots orange, so is a natural food colour - it is also the plant form of vitamin A, so is actually good for you. The cheese will be fine to eat even if it is out of date. I would freeze it. Dextrose - that is another name for glucose ie a form of sugar. so while not great, it is not all that bad.

I don't go for the big supermarkets, I've had disappointing experiences too. I tend to go for end of the day produce at coffee shops, etc. I also get a weekly surprise bag from a local Eastern European supermarket and get loads of (in date!) dairy and meat for £4. We're lucky as we are rural, and I got 20 punnets of strawberries for £8. Supposed to be jam class, but we're eating our way through them for breakfasts, packed lunches, and the odd dessert.
We had a Morrisons one when we went to Harrogate and it was all cakes and bread. Not one meal could we make. We sent most of it to the food bank. We get the Co-op ones, they are usually excellent.
@@TheBudgetFoodie it was awful as we needed proper fresh grub, having just arrived in our holiday cottage in the sticks. Fortunately we had bought a little bit of raw cheese and a few veggies from an [expensive - ouch!] farm shop on the way in as well as a few storecupboard essentials from home so I was able to make and serve a veggie bake alongside a bit of the bread we had kept, so it wasn't all bad. ❤️
Ive had lots of TGTGB, but i'm picky about where i get them from. Usually only Aldi and a local greengrocers. Never had mouldy food or anything really bad. The cheese is actually nice despite it being processed.Personally I'd rather that and it be cruelty free. Also you can geate it and freeze it, so it would have been fine if you were willing to try it. I wouldnt worry too much about the ingredients list as a not so regular purchase, considering you eat bacon and use lard, which both are full of saturated fat. You could make your own natural cordial from berries or a smoothie maybe and nice cream from bananas. That way you at least know whats going in it. Cats need wet food as a regular part of their diet, specifically for taurine. Also for hydration and the prevention of urinary issues, in particularly in males. I haven't tried Gourmet, but i get the Aldi mousse tins which are 59p.and my cats love them. I just by the liver one as its got the highest protein content
Your comments are Excellent and well informed. I hope that Rechenda reads them...especially the part about the wet food required for cats which is extremely important.
Great info . Also I’m not sure if it’s true but I a vet once told my parents years ago that tinned cat food should be brought to room temp as if it’s really cold it can cause stomach pain!
So shocked that you got so much out of date things! 😮 I’ve only ever got too good to go from coffee shops and always been impressed! Make sure you get a refund xx
So sorry you had a bad experience. A friend of mine gets a bag every couple of days. I never have as I am allergic to milk! Sending best wishes, I hope you are now feeling fully better!
Here grocery stores are closed on Sundays so you usually get the best 2good2go bags/boxes on Saturdays. We have one discounter in the Aldi-price range that is always worth to click a box (and it is always a box in which tomatos or apples are delivered to the stores and usually it's full or overloaded). You always have at least a little fruit and veg in there, even if they are far away from going bad over the weekend. And the rest is a wild ride through the rest of the the cooling section and sometimes shelf stable stuff. The worst experience there was have two huuuuuge tubs of low fat margarine in the box. Didn't really know what to do with that. I couldnvt use it for cooking or baking because of the water content and it tasted awful on bread. A friend actually eats margarine on bread so I could give away one tub... the rest was too bad not to go. Best deal for the money probably was a pack of steaks that would have expired that day.
you can get a stew pack for a better price in most supermarkets, they come with onion, turnip, swede, and some carrots, and they wont be moldy, and at least you can have an actual healthy meal, the cheek of selling that as good value, or indeed food is unbelievable
You can contact customer service on the app and send in pictures. They will refund. You don't have to bring the bag back, which is probably impossible at this point anyway.
She bought a bunch of junk that have preservatives when she had a choices yet grioes about preservatives from a surprise bag. 🤦 Tomatoes could've been separated. The subpar tomatoes could be trashed and the ones that are too good to tag could be eaten. The muffins are with the money she paid. The cheese is still edible. Bread is edible. Looks like a good score.
Rechenda i would one million percent take the good to go bag back.mouldy tomatoes is totally unacceptable!😲.thank you for the video am learning so much from you about all the additives that they put in food its not good at all.positivity peace and love ♥️

It's a shame - we had a TGTG bag from the same store you went to, when they were fairly new on TGTG and we came away with a boot full...I think that was definitely an exception though. It's always hit and miss as TGTG bags are there for store to make some money on what they would otherwise not sell, normally at the end of the day.
We are so lucky to have a great manager at morrisons. In our local town group he posts what items are available in the bags so we roughly know what we are getting. Personally I haven't done too good to go.
I get Too Good To Go bags from Aldi. They are usually okay, mainly fruit, veg and bakery items so you could try there next. I agree, the bag from Morrisons was terrible x
A too good to go bag here in Portugal once included a half filled bucket of pigs blood..no joke! There is no bit of animal or food not used here for something, literally every part of an animal makes good food( except some parts of guts such as bile duct)
I get TGTG Waitrose bags regularly and I love love them! I got an Aldi one previously and like yours it was rotting away as I lifted the items out. I have a lot of success in general with the app, I've just filmed a video of my experience over the last year and the app says I bought 92 bags!
I got a couple and to be honest NEVER AGAIN! You’re better off finding the reduced deals yourself and making your own bag…the person who made that should be ashamed
The too good bags are a gamble and what can you do with the contents of that bag is just dump it! All commercial foods are loaded with additives, always read labels. I always try to cook my food, then I know what is going in the pot 😊 and my gut. The ice cream and can of soft drink are all chemicals and modified food, just read the labels. You did better purchasing your own ingredients 👍🇦🇺
Could freeze raspberries but worth checking them the day you buy as I have bought yellow sticker raspberries before and found several with a little mould on.
Most of those tomatoes could be used for soup ! Check the cheese and -- ignore the sell by date -- it doesn't matter. The bread might be OK for toast. The raspberries can be cooked. Dextrose is just another name for glucose !
Sorry about your Too Good to Go bag. You were asking about the Purina Gourmet - I get a pack of these once a month for my cat as a treat and a give her one per week to mix with her regular food to make it interesting for her. If your cat is picky and doesn't like it, then you didn't waste too much money. It is hit and miss with cats. For example, my cat loves those meat sticks treats and I treat her to some a couple of time a month or so and I thought it'd be great to try the Waitrose and the M&S own brand, which are a bit more expensive and my cat flat out refused to touch it. My cat also really doesn't like M&S canned cat food. I don't know what they put into it, but she really doesn't like M&S stuff lol. Also I'd avoid giving pets anything that has a lot of salt, such as ham, as this is a problem for their little bodies and can lead to health consequences.
That’s awful. I would never buy too good to go though because I’m picky about the quality of my food and I see terrible processed stuff in them hauls . Not for me but you should definitely take that back .
I had a lot if TGTG bags in Germany - only few of them were crap. It is importand to test more locations and than use TGTG only there you were pleased.
Am curious, what exactly were you expecting in the bag if not bread, baked goods and dairy products? The out of date aspect is not right at all. Tbh that is what you get with a Morrison bag. I got *6* dated that day loafs of bread. Like wtf?
Oh that’s rubbish. Maybe try Lidl they have a veg but they soon disappear I’ve not done too good to go as it always seems to be bread n bakery. I’ve started buying a bag of raisins n putting them in a jar for my sweet treat lol as I really need to stay away from the additives n sugar n wheat. It’s hard to healthy n watch the ingredients but u are doing great. Jack is a beauty.
Least you got cheese. I brought one from the co-op before and it was nothing but pastries and a tuna & sweetcorn sandwich. Other people got meats, veg and other delights. All hit or miss unfortunately
My experience with discounts: Lidl has the widest choice of "yellow ticket" reduced veg (just cos they seem to overstock on ready to eat veg to live up to their reputation for best veg selection). Reduction aren't huge but at least it gives you options to have variations in veg options. The weekly market in your town might be an idea. Not sure it works with your schedule, but end of market day veg reductions can be good. For the less perishable goods (rice, pasta, dried spice and herbs) or sweet foods, I find reduction websites OK. But, careful, cos they lure you in with minimal purchase amounts perhaps blowing your budget. My special requirements goods (organic or gluten free) I get from specialty websites (gluten free Webshop) that often have a "must go now/reached expiry dates" section as well. Hope this helps. I don't like good too go for same reasons you experienced. Even when you get a decent bag, you seldom get what you need for weekly shopping, and you get greater quantities of the same things which aren't useful for single person households.
And not sure there's options in your surroundings to go out to farmlands nearby and ask around if the farmers allow for people to pick up fruit fallen from trees (bruised but not rotten, that you can freeze or make into jams that you can store longtime) or veg at the edge of fields cos the machines used for harvesting can't reach the outskirts of fields (I found this to be a great source for potatoes, carrots, other root veg that you can then keep in a dry storage for weeks and weeks).
😂And last tip: in my personal experience, pensioners or people who have lived in neighborhood for long time, are a great source for tips on where to get food cheaply and how to store. They often have gathered loads of experience where to find the biggest bang for your buck.
Thank you Rechenda I used to get the morrisons TGO when they first started you could get a box and it was full of veg fruit and lots of good stuff then all of a sudden it was the bag and full of not so good things so I stopped having them but Aldi do one and they look great if you can get one (It looks like Jack got the best deal ..lol..)have a happy week .xx
A better treat from your cat is organs, you can get heart and kidneys from a butcher, most people don't buy them so they are practically giving them away. Completely natural. I bought kidneys for my cat, lightly simmered in water then gave them to him, he wolfed it down. Although they're more nutritious raw (taurine) just as long as they're very fresh and washed well, some cats don't like raw though...
I think you just have to have very few dietary restrictions to be able to enjoy some of these. It’s a growing thing here in the Midwest of the USA. Film a do-over if they give you a new bag!
don't worry, often depend on the store , you can read some comments about to good to go ,and decide wich store is good and which is not , to good to go is nice in organic stores , good luck :-) have a nice day
I gave up on TGTG bags after a few really awful ones. Morrisons was the worst I tried and a few times they even tried to deny that I had ordered and paid too. Dreadful. Complain on the App. You should get a refund especially if you photograph the mouldy Tom's and show them. Don't waste petrol going back to the store 😢
The tomatoes and bread shouldn't have been included. People who are genuinely struggling for food wont be looking at the ingredients and grumbling about potato starch. Perhaps a little entitled here? I have used TGTG several times and never had out of date food. The BB (Best Before) date is not the same as Use By. BB means it is still ok to eat but the quality may deteriorate. UB means it will make you ill - eg fish, meat, yogurt
Totally agree. I forgot to say in my original comment - I have just found your chanel and have binge watched all of your vids for some much needed inspiration to get me back on track. I too am bad with money, and like you I need to put money aside for a home (albeit a narrowboat that I'm in the process of re-fitting). Thanks for all of the great ideas 😊
Dextrose is another form of sugar. They can sell best before dates but not expiry dates. I've had a similar experience with TGTO bags - once bag of green spuds on top of doughnuts! Doh!
I've got 4 minutes in and have to put this. Use By on products should not be surpassed, however Best Before is a guideline....whilst they likely shouldn't have had the past best on the shelf and should have advertised you could get past best before foods, they may still be usable as it's a guidance. Dairy cheese can be grated and frozen, not sure about vegan equivalents. I would complain about the tomatoes and mention the past best before foods also. From what I've seen so far your bag is worth far more than the TGTG price, in just cheese alone. Incase you are unaware, there are shops and websites out there that sell things at discounted amounts, as in the main, they sell only past Best Before goods.
Out of date items in these bags and mouldy tomatoes isn’t acceptable in the slightest i would complain. I have seen some good tgtg bags which made me want to give them a go but this has put me off. We live on a very tight budget so if I got a bag this bad it would be a huge waste of our penny’s so thanks for sharing 💜
Tried a too good to go a while back and even though I said I was vegan, I got a carton of beef broth. The cost was $10 and I didn't think it was worth it.There was a shop here in Montreal that sold dry goods that are near or just past the expiry date (which can still be eaten for a while) at a good discount. I only tried it once because it was a long trek in the car. I would definitely bring the whole bag back for a refund. There is no reason for moldy tomatoes and 5 packages of expired cheese.
Jesus Christ, people are stupid, our education system has really failed so many. BEST BEFORE (BB) does not mean out of date, it just means they can't ensure quality past that point. USE BY is the "out of date" and mainly appears on things like meat. All of this food, minus that tomato is perfectly fine.
@@TheBudgetFoodie Half of these comments are ridiculing you, most of them are just doing it politely. The annoying thing here is you probably threw that food away when there are people who would have genuinely made good use of it or needed it. The entire point of too good to go is to sell products that are coming to the end of their shelf life to save them from being thrown away.
The cheese are all best before. Also i think you need to research some of the additives because potato starch is literally just dried potatoes and used as a thickener. Fructose is a sugar/sweetener. Cheese is usually a processed product
Absolutely no mould. That is a hard limit 😮 You are within your right to take it back. Icky. I love the concept though, what a great idea. Is there another Morrisons you could try again.
Oh no rechenda what a crap looking food bag!!😬 iv'e never purchased one of those bags and doubt that i ever will, at least the gourmet cat food was a hit😅🙋♂️
Oh no! Please return it and take your money back. I would’ve understood if it was a free bag, even though I think there’s legislation to not sell out of date food to consumers unless the food is clearly labelled as past date or anything along those lines. How disappointing!
‘Best before’ is different to ‘use by’. The cheese and bread is beyond the best before so still legal to sell. Very bad bag though, I’d definitely request a refund!
Im absolutely not okay with the mouldy tomatoes, out of date bread, and out of date cheese, however if you're so upset by additives and colourings, then why buy a mystery bag? BB means best before, not use by - they are very different things! The vegan cheese is perfectly safe to eat and legal to sell. However, the best before date is there to tell you that it is absolutely fine to eat, just the quality may begin to drop over time once the date has passed. I absolutely agree you should complain about the out of date USE BY/mouldy items in the bag, however you can't complain and shame the ingredients in items that other people may have no option but to purchase given the current financial climate.
I have seen this several times and especially with Morrison's. Supermarkets seem t think that it's a scapegoat for people to pay them for out of date and inedible food.
Do you ever make popcorn? I make it homemade every couple weeks or so. It's filling and one of my favorite foods. The microwave kind is bad for you but otherwise I don't see how it's that bad.
@BudgetFoodieUK I pop it in a pan with a little canola oil and butter. Now if you don't want butter it's not needed, but if you pop it directly in it, it's yummy. Hope you try it! It'd be great with that Coke!
I have heard reports that Morriston bags are crap. I have tried Pret and Costa but tbh for one person they are not worth it as you usually get 2 of everything that has to be used that day.
TGTG will refund your money if you send them evidence. Plus leave feedback on your local store. Morrisons are notorious for poor bags, only a few folks seem to get a good one. I gave up on them as they are always full of processed low nutrition food. My DIL seems to have good luck with the Aldi bags. Last week she got a load of decent vegetables and fish. But it's just luck! I have a local butcher and a greengrocer who are part of the scheme but getting one of their bags is impossible. I'm using my community food shop and pantry more where I at least get to choose items for my money. But there are a lot of processed baked goods every time I go!
Seems time to load it up and return it. Although you can't be picky about ingredients in that situation, they should NOT be selling you moldy or expired food!

They should call it, To good to be true😂
Yes x
100% agree 💚
Your comments are Excellent and well informed. I hope that Rechenda reads them...especially the part about the wet food required for cats which is extremely important.
Great info .
Also I’m not sure if it’s true but I a vet once told my parents years ago that tinned cat food should be brought to room temp as if it’s really cold it can cause stomach pain!
Ahhh x
I will try to get more wet food for beanie x
So shocked that you got so much out of date things! 😮 I’ve only ever got too good to go from coffee shops and always been impressed! Make sure you get a refund xx
Ok xxx 😩
FYI, best before is not the same as expired. Best before is a guide. However, mouldy food is not on. Definitely take the mouldy food back.
So sorry you had a bad experience. A friend of mine gets a bag every couple of days. I never have as I am allergic to milk! Sending best wishes, I hope you are now feeling fully better!
Thanks Danielle xx
I don't buy many of these bags as lots of things we wouldn't eat but mouldy food is unacceptable 😑
I don’t think I’ll buy one again x
That past BBE past date cheese probaly fine to eat(depending on how it was stored) but why have they placed it in a 2good2go bag.
Good point x
Oh no. That bag was awful!
You can make a complaint in the too good to go app and you will get a refund.
Definately shouldnt be mouldy food in there
Terrible!
In Sweden works fine, but in Denmark works great!! you get a lot of good fruits, vegetables and groceries!
That's great!
You can contact customer service on the app and send in pictures. They will refund. You don't have to bring the bag back, which is probably impossible at this point anyway.
I will x
She bought a bunch of junk that have preservatives when she had a choices yet grioes about preservatives from a surprise bag. 🤦
Tomatoes could've been separated. The subpar tomatoes could be trashed and the ones that are too good to tag could be eaten. The muffins are with the money she paid. The cheese is still edible. Bread is edible. Looks like a good score.
The vegan cheese, when not out of date, is lovely. £3.60 a pack too!
@@sharongarvey5884 and "best before" is not out of date!
Not sure I fancy it xx
Rechenda i would one million percent take the good to go bag back.mouldy tomatoes is totally unacceptable!😲.thank you for the video am learning so much from you about all the additives that they put in food its not good at all.positivity peace and love ♥️
I did in the end x
This is unrelated but I'm saddened to hear what's going on in the streets of England I have been watching the news from New Zealand and as I have family there I still have a keen interest in what's going on I'm very proud of my English heritage I do hope England can have peace again I send my love to you and bennie I wish you all the success with your new business 🏴🙂✌️❤️
❤❤❤
Aww I know it’s shocking x
Sainsbury have a Stamford street range which is really good and they do a coffee for £1.99 a jar.
Good shout x
It's a shame - we had a TGTG bag from the same store you went to, when they were fairly new on TGTG and we came away with a boot full...I think that was definitely an exception though. It's always hit and miss as TGTG bags are there for store to make some money on what they would otherwise not sell, normally at the end of the day.
Big shame x
We are so lucky to have a great manager at morrisons. In our local town group he posts what items are available in the bags so we roughly know what we are getting. Personally I haven't done too good to go.
That is awesome!
I get Too Good To Go bags from Aldi. They are usually okay, mainly fruit, veg and bakery items so you could try there next. I agree, the bag from Morrisons was terrible x
Might try Aldi
A too good to go bag here in Portugal once included a half filled bucket of pigs blood..no joke! There is no bit of animal or food not used here for something, literally every part of an animal makes good food( except some parts of guts such as bile duct)
Whaaaaaaaat
@BudgetFoodieUK yup blood is used in several dishes and soups and also a sausage similar to salami..
@BudgetFoodieUK though ours was gifted to the garden 😆 and the bucket was brilliant, proper foods are type with locking lid! Free bonus!
I can’t believe the bucket of blood haha xx
It’s best before, not use by…
True x
I get TGTG Waitrose bags regularly and I love love them! I got an Aldi one previously and like yours it was rotting away as I lifted the items out. I have a lot of success in general with the app, I've just filmed a video of my experience over the last year and the app says I bought 92 bags!
Might try a Waitrose one x
Vegan cheese is awful...
The blueberry muffins and cheddar cheese slices are ok tho...but overall that's a terrible good to go bag.
Yes agree x
Can it be returned?
I did yeah x
I got a couple and to be honest NEVER AGAIN! You’re better off finding the reduced deals yourself and making your own bag…the person who made that should be ashamed
Yes defo agreed xx
The too good bags are a gamble and what can you do with the contents of that bag is just dump it!
All commercial foods are loaded with additives, always read labels. I always try to cook my food, then I know what is going in the pot 😊 and my gut.
The ice cream and can of soft drink are all chemicals and modified food, just read the labels.
You did better purchasing your own ingredients 👍🇦🇺
I totally agree!
I think, for science, you should give it another go in a week or two, or from a different place :)
Not sure I can stomach round two lol x
Morrisons is renowned for being bad for TGTG....I've done the Toby Carvery breakfast before and that was amazing
Ewww, carvery sounds lush!
Could freeze raspberries but worth checking them the day you buy as I have bought yellow sticker raspberries before and found several with a little mould on.
Good tip!
BB (Best Before) is not the same as Use By.
Ahhh
Most of those tomatoes could be used for soup ! Check the cheese and -- ignore the sell by date -- it doesn't matter. The bread might be OK for toast. The raspberries can be cooked. Dextrose is just another name for glucose !
Indeed
Some people pretend about what's in their Morrisons good to go bags for clicks.... You're a lovely honest woman
I do try x
i hope u can take that bag back to morrisons
I hope so too

Xx
That’s awful. I would never buy too good to go though because I’m picky about the quality of my food and I see terrible processed stuff in them hauls . Not for me but you should definitely take that back .
Yes gross xxx
Too good to go seems far too random to me to even try
I had a lot if TGTG bags in Germany - only few of them were crap. It is importand to test more locations and than use TGTG only there you were pleased.
I shall x
Am curious, what exactly were you expecting in the bag if not bread, baked goods and dairy products? The out of date aspect is not right at all. Tbh that is what you get with a Morrison bag. I got *6* dated that day loafs of bread. Like wtf?
Just more variety x
What were you expecting to get then??
I've had the same problem with TGTG bag from Morrisons. Got items 4months and 6 months out of date!!!
Ewwww
Have not ever got TGTG but reckon yours was "too BAD to go"!
Haha love that
Oh that’s rubbish.
Yes x
Least you got cheese. I brought one from the co-op before and it was nothing but pastries and a tuna & sweetcorn sandwich. Other people got meats, veg and other delights. All hit or miss unfortunately
True xx
Love these tips x
Thank you Rechenda I used to get the morrisons TGO when they first started you could get a box and it was full of veg fruit and lots of good stuff then all of a sudden it was the bag and full of not so good things so I stopped having them but Aldi do one and they look great if you can get one (It looks like Jack got the best deal ..lol..)have a happy week .xx
That is awesome!
You can freeze cheese, I often grate the cheese and then freeze.
Oooh!
Dextrose is a form of sugar!
Ahhh
I got a too good to go box from my local green grocers and it was amazing!!! Also one from Aldi and that was good too.
Oh wow!
I think you just have to have very few dietary restrictions to be able to enjoy some of these. It’s a growing thing here in the Midwest of the USA. Film a do-over if they give you a new bag!
Yes!
don't worry, often depend on the store , you can read some comments about to good to go ,and decide wich store is good and which is not , to good to go is nice in organic stores , good luck :-) have a nice day
Very true!
Dreadful x
The tomatoes and bread shouldn't have been included. People who are genuinely struggling for food wont be looking at the ingredients and grumbling about potato starch. Perhaps a little entitled here? I have used TGTG several times and never had out of date food. The BB (Best Before) date is not the same as Use By. BB means it is still ok to eat but the quality may deteriorate. UB means it will make you ill - eg fish, meat, yogurt
It’s a shame tho that people who are generally struggling get given so much produce that is processed
Oh wow I’d totally love to live on a narrow boat! That is so cool x
Dextrose is another form of sugar. They can sell best before dates but not expiry dates. I've had a similar experience with TGTO bags - once bag of green spuds on top of doughnuts! Doh!
Ahhh
I brought that cheese by mistake, it smelt so bad. And tasted horrible
Ewww x
Ahhh z

Oh wow!
If you have nothing positive to say please kindly get off my feed 😝
@@TheBudgetFoodie Half of these comments are ridiculing you, most of them are just doing it politely. The annoying thing here is you probably threw that food away when there are people who would have genuinely made good use of it or needed it. The entire point of too good to go is to sell products that are coming to the end of their shelf life to save them from being thrown away.
Yadadadadaddaaaaaaaa 😹🥱🥱🥱🥱🥱
Request a refund on the app.
Oh I didn’t know you could do that
Too good to go was great about a year ago but the few we've done recently have been barely worth doing.
Awful x
The cheese are all best before. Also i think you need to research some of the additives because potato starch is literally just dried potatoes and used as a thickener. Fructose is a sugar/sweetener. Cheese is usually a processed product
Ah ok!
Absolutely no mould. That is a hard limit 😮 You are within your right to take it back. Icky. I love the concept though, what a great idea. Is there another Morrisons you could try again.
Omg the mould!!!! Xx
Oh no rechenda what a crap looking food bag!!😬 iv'e never purchased one of those bags and doubt that i ever will, at least the gourmet cat food was a hit😅🙋♂️
Maybe I should eat the gourmet cat food?! 😝
Grate some of that vegan cheese on to it and your good to go🙋♂️@@TheBudgetFoodie
Might go well with a lump of vegan cheese😋🙋♂️@@TheBudgetFoodie
Oh no! Please return it and take your money back. I would’ve understood if it was a free bag, even though I think there’s legislation to not sell out of date food to consumers unless the food is clearly labelled as past date or anything along those lines. How disappointing!
I did xx
‘Best before’ is different to ‘use by’. The cheese and bread is beyond the best before so still legal to sell. Very bad bag though, I’d definitely request a refund!
Ah ok xx
True x
I guess been her channel she can do what she likes
I have seen this several times and especially with Morrison's. Supermarkets seem t think that it's a scapegoat for people to pay them for out of date and inedible food.

That Morrisons bag is disgraceful! Too good to go shouldn’t include out of date stuff! I would go to Morrisons and complain! Poor you 😢
Do you ever make popcorn? I make it homemade every couple weeks or so. It's filling and one of my favorite foods. The microwave kind is bad for you but otherwise I don't see how it's that bad.
Good idea xxx never made it x
@BudgetFoodieUK I pop it in a pan with a little canola oil and butter. Now if you don't want butter it's not needed, but if you pop it directly in it, it's yummy. Hope you try it! It'd be great with that Coke!
I love homemade popcorn. So cheap and easy to make. I sprinkle a little icing sugar and salt over it 😋😋
@thebutterfly1356 oh yes, gotta use salt!
I would take it back ! Disgusting. 😢
🤮
I have heard reports that Morriston bags are crap. I have tried Pret and Costa but tbh for one person they are not worth it as you usually get 2 of everything that has to be used that day.
Agreed x
Ah ok x
I’ve had TooGoodToGo before from Morrisons. Usually bakery and veg items
