You're confusing great shots with exhibition shots. He plays most of his exhibition shots when the frame is won which is the correct time to play them.
@FlameFlickers There are compilations compiled showcasing under pressure shots that are either frame winners or pivotal to becoming match winners. It's rare to see Trump perform these types of shots. He does great exhibition shots, but then what snooker player can't under non-pressure situations?
When Judd first appeared on the scene, he would pot everything off the lampshade and safety really wasn't a consideration but he wasn't winning tournaments that way. Now he's adapted his game, he's won alot more but he's still capable of playing shots that nobody else can, even Ronnie.
