Great effort girl..but may I point out few mistakes
1. Chilah is made of besan...the one you showed was more like a dosa..
2. Golgappe is not called Pani ke patese ke West...in West it is called golgappa only...Pani ke patese is called in Rajasthan, which is not west.
3. The list is very generic...there is a lot more which was more priority then the products you showed.
Like Delhi is known for : Butter chicken frm Moti Mahal daryaganj
Sheermaal chicken stew of Al jawar in jama Mashjid
For vegetarians imly restaurant which serves awesome jalebi Rabri
Albek's chicken shawarma
Karim's mutton korma and biriyani
Cp's iconic Wenger's.. servicing chicken patties..OMG
Chicken chagezi's chicken Afghani
Kamla nagar's MOMO nation
Moolchand ke parathein
Havemore Ka butter chicken
Bittu tickki wale (BTW) ke tikki
Agarwal ya haldiram ke Kedar jalebi( Tilak Nagar outlet)
Majnu Ka tila's devil momos and thupka..
Saravana's dosa( best in the country)
White sauce pasta at social..(party hub)
Binge bakery's dry cakes ... heavenly

The one she showed was dosa... actual chilah is made of besan or gram flour...doesn't look like this...it is thick and yellow...and often chilah has shredded filling... nothing what is shown in the video
