I did open it up,lol, was lind of intimidating, but it makes since watching this. I like videos over reafing instructions. Can you order a replacement guide? I dont have one. I do wish ALL of tye markings on the board were in black. You cant see any of the markings otger than on the adjustable bar and side rail. But its a neat tool. Thanks!

Love the scoring and trimming board. Quick question what happens if you card is bigger? My card is 13cm by 20 cm and the only calculator says it 25.6 but it must be less than 25.5. How can o make bigger envelopes as the table charts goes much bigger. Thanks
I just received this tool. I love it. Perfect envelopes for bulky cards. I wish the measurements across the top of the ruler were colored. They are almost impossible to see. I used a Tim Holtz trick to highlight them. Thanks
I was excited to get my scoring board and trimmer a few weeks ago, but I’m struggling with it. I feel like I’m following the instructions, but my envelopes are turning out square! Also, the folding and scoring tool tends to tear the cardstock as it seems to be too sharp. What am I doing wrong? Now that I’ve watched the tutorial again, I’ll have another go. (I watched the whole tutorial before buying my tool and it was what inspired me to purchase it)
Hi Sheryl! So with regard your envelopes turning out square - I believe you may be aligning the cardstock against the same point on the measuring tool rather than using the SCORE and ALIGN marks. If you follow the instructions/video, you'll see what I mean here! In terms of the scoring, you're simply applying too much pressure which will cause the card to split. Bear in mind that different types/weights of cardstock react in different ways and the crease is only meant to be a guide. So once your cardstock is folded, the crease can then be enhanced by running the fold and form down the spine! I hope that helps! xx

You are able to cut 1 or 2 centimeters on this tool, all you have to do is mark out the measurement on your cardstock first before placing under the blade.

I've read that you can't cut on 1 cm if you want to do small lines, is that right? Is it not visible and it starts on 2cm?

I just brought this and the QR code don't work and it doesn't cut my paper right. I should have just brought the We Are Memory Keepers works tool.
