Buyer beware park is being sold. We just went thru this up here in Nh. We all decided to buy it ourselves and its now a Co op. I hope your park has good luck with that situation. The home is lovely.

That’s true - it is disclosed in all my listings. You can read it in the description below the title. This is a co-op converting back to land lease. The lot rent posted is the rate from the new owners. Thanks for watching!

@FLlife wow I've never heard of that. I wonder why? I have always thought co ops are better . Our park was going to be bought by another company but we as residents made a counter offer. So glad we did who knows how much lot rent would increase or possibly move us all out.

@@darlenebarsalou4169 It’s a bigger cycle I guess… this park was originally owned by a developer who wanted to sell, the residents bought it and formed the co-op and then some decades later, it’s going through a conversion back to land lease. It’s happened to parks all over our area. Usually when residents don’t want to keep paying for deep pocket infrastructure things. I wouldn’t say one is bad and one good - just different. Your co-op may end up even having some rental lots within it. All the best to you and your community!

@FLlife we actually do have a handful of rentals the board wants to phase them out.
