So do you get the aspects and can apply them indefinitely? Say like the umbral you applied in the video above, if you say got a better piece of gear than the original piece with the umbral can you apply another umbral to the new piece, also can you imprint any number of aspects to any number of pieces of gear?
Got a question, once i salvage a legendary item and the aspect goes into the codex of power, can i apply that aspect multiple times to different items as i level up or is it just one time thing?
Wheres the codex, is it like Kani's Cube? Hi Im a disabled gamer and I'm new to Diablo 4 (Level 40 at the moment doing the story) Is there a one or two button Necro build with Skeletal Mages? If so then what are the skills?
The Codex is located in the Collections tab in the menu. I didn't get to experience it when I played D3, but I've heard it compared to Kani's Cube. I'm not aware of any one of two button necro builds, but if you get a Ring of Sacrilegious Soul, it will auto cast corpse explosion, corpse tendrils, and raise skeleton for you.
I havent played since launch pretty much kinda confused, did they get rid of the thing where you would have to extract the aspect from a legendary and can only use it once after you have taken it out? I hope so cause keeping max roll things in storage was annoying.
Can anyone help, I understand how the new system works and it's a great quality of life improvement, however I've noticed some aspects with higher rolls are not saving to my codex, I.e they have gone forever, had the one where you double your evade for amour boost, it's was around 10k armour so really wanted that on the chest then when I went to dismantle, the codex still read as a crappy 1500 armour. is this a bug or am I doing somthing wrong? Thanks.
I'm not sure I'll be able to help without seeing screenshots, but here are my thoughts. If you got this aspect on a higher level character and are trying to use it on an alt you'll get a lower flat number amount although the aspect is rolled high. It could also be maybe you're placing it on an amulet. Amulets will have higher aspect rolls than helmets for example.
I had the same issue as well. So here is what I found out might be the reason. I for example have a really good roll on my Unyielding Commander Aspect for my Necromancer it is 192% [+] [140 - 200]. However on the Codex of power I have it at 98% [+] [70 - 100]. Clearly it is a higher roll, but based on what I have seen. The upgrade for the Codex of power can only be as high as 100 (The amount from the [70 - 100]). Even though I have the higher 192, I will not be able to upgrade it past 100. That is what I think is going on, other people might be more knowledgeable than me about this. At least that is what I think the reason is. That might be the Devs making it capped at the Codex of Power max level. So any other higher rolls you have to RNG them and keep them. I will be doing that since I don't want to lose those high rolls. I hope I helped a bit. You have a good one.
@@hectorceballos9580 hi mate, since the latest hot fix it seems to be fixed, got my juggernaut highest roll of 10k armour showing there now,shame armour is now capped at 9k odd lol 😂

Yes, once you have the aspect, you can applying it onto other items
Just started playing game, so ideally you should salvage any legendary gear with an aspect

if i create new season charcter (i have sorc lvl 100 with full codex of power) is codex of power starting from 0 ?
No, you'll be able to use any general aspects that you have found on your previous character.
