been in high rise construction all my life never seen anything so dangerous. obviously under powered copter, could have scraped those guys off several times leaving their harness still attached and their meat down on the ground. crew also not working as a team, each one is in survival mode and the pilot is probably doing the best he can with what he has to work with. So bad should be a OSHA film.

@@captalexBitcoin guy being squashed by a truck on a decline loading bay in MFS opposite city Thameslink.
He got up, said he would be fine when he was actually 3 inches thick and then a few minutes later keeled over .
He was determined he was okay, but he was thinner than a cigarette when he was fairly well built before.
Moral of the story, never park on a reverse decline, always put the rear of the truck against the rubber stops to prevent humans from fitting between a truck and the chest level loading bay.
Use chocks on the wheels and never just leave the truck in first gear with the handbrake off.
See someone knocked it out of gear and a 20 tonne truck rolled back and squished the guy like a fly.
The sound of bones being flattened like a wafer and the sound of the breath being forced from him in an uuuuuuuuuuuugggg sound we all knew were a death throwe noise. And then the guy speaking in a very different voice that he was ok and the fact he was walking around as thin as a wafer for at least 2 minutes and he even tried to help unload the truck some more was surreal.
He even managed a small set of stairs a couple of times, when everyone was telling him to lay down.
When he lifted his shirt he realised he was a goner and the sad look on his face as he began to cry and kept saying "not like this, not like this"
Never seen anything like it, he was determined he was ok despite the noise when the truck pressed him against the concrete loading bay.
At least I remember this after others would choose to forget, forget and never learn the lesson of multiple layers of safety.
Now we all knew the guy in charge of the loading bay was at fault, a Scottish guy called Kevin Mcuan or something.
He was in everyone's face like sandpaper so he could get a fight , well his actions led to a fight. A man fought for his life because this prick made literally everyone get in and out of HIS loading bay asap.
The police took Great interest in this guy as he was questioned, his loading bay was closed for 3 weeks and he was demoted from loading bay manager.
We the workers used to literally ignore him until some ceiling tilers grabbed him tied him up and left him in a skip full of rubbish.
We the workers saw absolutely nothing,
So after this the guy began drinking and became more aggressive over the coming weeks until a truck driver bit on his bait and flattened him with a punch to the jaw which sent him around in circles.
We never saw him again when the ambulance took him away , the truck driver could never be found, he was not even delivering to that building.
So one little Hitler single handedly caused a guy with 2 or 3 kids to have an empty space on the couch at the end of the day instead of their daddy.
So little Hitler's take the moral of the story, if you by action or lack of action cause someone to die because you want to fight everyone just for being in YOUR loading bay, life will measure a punishment that will make you suffer like the guy who got squashed did and how his family suffered when they were told the clothes they wanted him dressed in when he was in his coffin would not fit him .
So a message from me, please for fks sakes be nice to people, keep them safe, be respectful and don't be a pain in the arse to piss vinegar and fight everything you see that comes into your loading bay when they are there to deliver to you.
Still I see the guy in my mind .

Solution: insert the guide tube into one of the three flanges, put one side on it, and then rotate to join. it is not difficult in any wind. Решение: надо вставить направляющую трубу в одну из трех фланцев, на него надеть одну сторону, а потом вращая стыковать. это не сложно при любом ветре.

I'm no expert BUT ... OSHA would have a field day with this video. There is no way around the effects of the chopper's down draft. My first suggestion: hire a much larger helicopter and fly in a stationery crane that doesn't need to contend with a windy downdraft. Then, move the stationery crane to the next tower site. All three of these men were VERY lucky they were not seriously injured.

The three guys on the tower are quite cool under pressure. They tried until it was apparent there was no way it was going to work. The last shot of the helicopter shows just how unstable the wind conditions were making it impossible for a stable pick. I know several guys were pretty stressed, the three on the tower, the pilot and the guy paying for the helicopter. Good try but very dangerous.

Using these methods are easy and practical well as safety. but if the height of the tower that was built more than 100 meters is better to use a helicopter.

Good try but no this is not the way to do it guys.
It is slung wrong to start with.
In this configuration it can't be accurately controlled from above due to inherent swinging and wind drift movements.
If they set it up on a 4 corned sling with frame, it would give more control for positioning to the choppers movements.
Seen this happen on several occassions in the past. Learn from experience.

Flying a helicopter is hard a hell. This pilot has wicked levels of experience in flying and it's still challenging as fuck. That is no easy task. Look up what it requires just to hover. It's one of the most challenging maneuvers a pilot can do. And in that climate? On top of a mountain with wind rushing over the top of it, I'd say he's holding pretty damn steady.

@@Ninja5433 You are correct the pilot got the steel close enough but as you can see the crew had only one man who wanted anything to do with that load.

This is terrible on cost and safety considerations. In the Philippines we are installing towers using 4o ft Rising gin poleat the center of the tower ,no helicopters needed .double pulleys are used to lift the load at the top of the gin pole to position them on each tower. leg. This Arrangement installs 60 meter tower in 7 days including painting works .

Deberian de tener otra estructura que que sirva de guia para el helicoptero algo como un cono o tipo piramide y que sea mobible claro para cada seccion ...como un enganche y luego solo se debe ir vajando...

there's a reason you don't do this on windy days, anything over 30Km/hr or 18mi/hr is dangerous and unpredictable....gees, hence why they are having difficulties.

I just had to stop and comment right quick.
    AIN'T NO DAMN WAY!!!!!!!!!
    These 3 men.
    OMG!!!!!
I've seen many of these vids.
This one is #1 as per OMG.
This was not a day to be erecting a tower.
I have not read intro or comments yet.
    But whatever the case.
    Not a good day.
After reading everthing I pray its weather not pilot.
I am so glad these men didnot die.
I just cannot even begin to comprehend the danger these men where facing with this metal baring down on them .
    Hell to the no.
Even If I had balls of iron like these true men.
After the second time that metal almost made my body meatloaf.
Right down down down all the way to the ground and when my feet kissed the ground I would have said to the boss y'all be safe now ya hear?.
I'm at 9:60 I pray these fellers lived through this.
    Lawd have mercy.🙏

Very dangerous. I have an ideea. In each corner of the baze you must welded a guide sistem, like a cone or a simple ring, and a suspended rope guide and pass by that ring, and be very careful at hand. I repeat, this operation without a guide sistem and empty hands is a hard work and very dangerous. Sorry for my english.

+florin eusebio I have used a guide system myself in installations such as this, so I agree. One should not however weld anything to the tower structure as that may have an adverse effect on the structural integrity of the tower.

Hay otras maneras más seguras y prácticas de armar esas torres y no suspenderlo con un Helicóptero. Muy arriesgada esa maniobra. Yo vi que armen una torre como esa. En un solo día y sin complicaciones

That Pilot needs more training, obviously he is more focused on the load or instead of trusting his crew and keeping the helicopter stable which is causing a hazardous ⚠️ working condition

with three people below with ropes maintain the stability of the tower. but it seems that they are short of budget to pay three more employees. they prefer to spend the money on elicopter fuel.
