I love seeing this performance by Melanie on the Johnny Cash show, i really learned to appreciate Johnny's music and June Carter Cash as well over the last few years since he passed away. Melanie was all over the place after her performance at Woodstock. But she made her debut on The Tonight Show in 1964. Wish i could find a clip of that performance.
Just Fantastic! I love this song and how Melanie performed this along with Silver Threads and Golden Needles! I have been a huge fan of Melanie since I've been a young teen (1970) and these two songs are amongst my all time Melanie fav's. Melanie, you belted these out So good. I love that voice! Thank you!
