How to Achieve Work Life Balance | Making the best of your profession

- We seek work-life balance because we do not 'enjoy' our work! But then, we cannot always get to do what we like. So, we need to like what we do. If we know the secret to like what we do, we know the secret to happiness and we won't be consumed by seeking work-life balance.
For devotees of Swami, the best way to enjoy work is to do it as an offering to Him! Easier said than done but if one's priorities are clear, the beginning is made. Even doing this to a little extent will ensure that our worklife gets more fulfilling and joyful.

Hello Aravind! My name is Carlos, I'm a 19 year old from El Salvador. I've been watching your videos for a little while now. My grandmother is a Sai devotee, my mother and I had a dream with Bhagawan.
My grandma was my introduction to Swami, I'd later read books about Him and start praying to Him. This is a beautiful video, because recently I've been under a lot of pain, and I thought Swami was already fed up with my whining, and I dissapointed Him.
I felt useless, alone and in pain. I'm still trying to push, despite the setbacks I push.
But I'm grateful, your videos make me cry of happiness by hearing such beautiful experiences with Swami. I'm trying to be more engaged in my journey to God.

Hi Carlos, just happened to read your comment. I also got to know Swami around your age because I heard my grandmother was a sai devotee. At age 19 I also felt I those sorts of emotions but realised Swami loved me for who I was and becoming. I think a great thing for you to do is keep a journal just for Swami and write to him daily or even weekly. It can be your personal communications with him. I have been doing that for almost two years now and realised especially entries I've written where I worried about something fast forward ahead was magically resolved. He is always there in you with you and around you. Never fear ✨

Before I came into Sai. I used to read a book, I don't know the title but that book talks about whatever work you do for the Love of God. It had a picture of Bhagavan Baba. I never bought the book because after lunch I spend the time in a Book store and the cashier only person there never stop me, everyday I will come read the book and goes off . That book gave me the inspiration to work hard happily. Thanks Bro Aravind🙏
