    I realize this was made a year ago, but the specs on the Spider Farmer fan is now 402 cfm and equal to the AC Infinity. I think the version you reviewed had the AC motor and now they both use the EC motor. In fact I'm pretty sure they're both made in the same factory in Jiangmen, China. The blowers Vivosun, Mars Hydro (who appears to be the same company as Spider Farmer), Vevor among others all have the same Db, cfm, and display/controller and appear to be made in the same factory too.

    My AC infinity has been running on 10 for just over 2 years , I have cleaned it twice, and it’s still running quite and strong. Great product in my opinion ✌️💨

    I don’t think decibels work by taking a resting 40 decibel… you just record the sound you here so that fan is 80 decibels which isn’t far off a motorbike.

    • @AffinityPhoto
      @AffinityPhoto 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That’s right. Db is logarithmic. For audio, a doubling of sound is +6dB. log(x/y) = log(x) - log(y)

    I'm thinking to buy this one but how this temperature control work exactly? I have my tent in room where is 17°C but I need 25°C. This Fan can make this happen with this temperature control? Tent its very small 60x60x120

    • @420Things
      @420Things  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      so .. it’s not going to be able to heat it .. .. but what i do is i set a temp of the high range .. so if it’s cooler the fan doesn’t come on..
      for example i set it to 26 so when the lights off the temp doesn’t trigger the fan to turn on .. i also set humidity like for example in flower to 45 %.. and when it’s to humid the fan come on and sucks air outside the tent in .. i have dehumidifier setup right under my intake ducting..
      when the light comes on it’s like 17 and then the light produces heat then when it gets to high 27.. the fan comes in and sucks air from outside and cools tent

    Does this product help regulate the temp and humidity of the air its moving good? Can it go as low as 60 Fahrenheit and 50% humidity?

    • @420Things
      @420Things  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      depends on your lung room .. it move the air out of the tent or the room but it’s replaced with the air that among sucked in. if it’s cooler and dryer and you want to lower it will work ..

    • @420Things
      @420Things  ปีที่แล้ว

      haven’t used an 8 before .. i don’t think they list the cfm range when their fans are on 1 compared to 10 .. prob should

    • @swarnjitnandra8750
      @swarnjitnandra8750 ปีที่แล้ว

      @420Things thanks for your reply. They really should list the CFM for each speed. But, due to the different ductwork applications will change the CFM rates. Would've be helpful as it allows you to roughly gauge the capabilites.
      I need the supply and extract fans for my kitchen. I think minimum speed will be fine for normal to light cooking, but always good to have high ventilation to hand, especially when cooking indian food!

    your db comprehension is wrong. if the reading is 82dB, it means the fan produces 82dB, not 32dB. That is rather loud.
