How can someone become a Rabbi if they didn't study any other religion? Especially two of the major religions in the world Islam and christianity. Even as a person, how does he know he chose the correct religion. On top of not studying the other religions you give people misleading information about the muslim words and where they come from? I’m a Muslim. I appreciate the Rabbi’s take on Muslim-Jewish relations. As Muslims, many of us were taught that Jews were our cousins. I’ve had many great discussions about God with my Jewish friends, for the very reason the Rabbi spoke about. With regard to the slight differences in history, the Quran says that God will not ask us about this history, because we weren’t there to witness it. Topic 2: This is bullshit. And so stupid. The teachings of Jesus are in the bible. Muslims do not read the bible, so THEY don't know who Jesus is. And of course Christians are not interested in the fake and corrupted 'Isa' from the quran. He is not Jesus at all. Muhammad heard a lot of stories during his caravan trips and forgot some details. So he made his own stories from bible stories, the Talmud, apocryphal books and other ancient stories. He added a huge number of hell threats and of course a lot of verses that coincidentally appear when he needed them for his own lusts and desires.
So the stories in the quran that look a bit similar to biblical stories are corrupted in the quran. So muslims fabricated the lie that the bible has been corrupted. You muslims need this lie, because if the bible is true (and it is true), you faith collapse!

In Acts 17, we read that the Berean people examined the teaching of Paul from the OT, and they BELIEVED hem. So the OT proofed the teachings of Paul.

The bible is very different from the quran. The bible has a storyline from the beginning to the end, with a message for the world. The quran is an incoherent book of half and corrupted stories, many repetitions, and death threats.

@StormNexus Right away, I’d like to establish that there is no problem with Muslims keeping casual friendships and cordial acquaintances with people of different faiths, as long as those people do not oppose or dislike Islam and Muslims, do not engage in or wrongly influence Muslims towards immoral behaviour, and are not unjust and oppressive to anyone, especially Muslims. This is established by the words of Allah Most High Himself when He says:
“Allah does not forbid you from showing kindness and dealing justly with those who have not fought you due to your faith or driven you out of your homes. Allah loves those who deal justly. Allah only forbids you from those people that fought you because of your faith, drove you out of your homes and helped in your expulsion, that you take them as intimate associates. And whosoever takes them as intimate associates, then it is they who are the wrongdoers.” [al-Quran, 60:8-9]

However, a fundamental principle of Quranic exegesis (tafseer) is that the verses must be understood in the context in which they were revealed (asbab an-nuzul) and in conjunction with other verses delineating the rules of warfare.
At-Tabari and other commentators record that this verse was revealed concerning the expedition of Tabuk.
This was the first act of Roman aggression that further led to the expedition of Tabuk concerning which the verse 9:29 was revealed. The verse describes the aggressors as those “who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day,” because they committed this act of treachery. Executing emissaries from other countries is a war crime that could never be committed by those who sincerely believe in God.
Therefore, this context must be understood when reading verse 9:29 so that we clearly know who should be fought, specifically the aggressors among the Jews and Christians and not all of them. Rather, many other verses of the Quran make clear that it is unlawful to initiate hostilities against other nations.
Allah said:
وَقَاتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ وَلَا تَعْتَدُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُعْتَدِينَ
Fight in the way of Allah those who fight you but do not transgress. Verily, Allah does not love transgressors.
Surah Al-Baqarah 2:190
Fight them until there is no more persecution and worship is for Allah. But if they cease, then there is to be no aggression except against the oppressors.
Surah Al-Baqarah 2:193
Other verses and traditions make clear that Muslims must accept peace offerings from their enemies.
Allah said:
وَإِن جَنَحُوا لِلسَّلْمِ فَاجْنَحْ لَهَا وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ إِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
If the enemy inclines to peace, then incline to it also and rely upon Allah. Verily, it is He who is the Hearing, the Knowing.
Surah Al-Anfal 8:61
And Allah said:
فَإِنِ اعْتَزَلُوكُمْ فَلَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ وَأَلْقَوْا إِلَيْكُمُ السَّلَمَ فَمَا جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ سَبِيلًا
So if they remove themselves from you and do not fight you and offer you peace, then Allah has not made for you a cause for fighting against them.
Surah An-Nisa 4:90
Ali ibn Abu Talib reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
إِنَّهُ سَيَكُونُ بَعْدِي اخْتِلَافٌ أَوْ أَمْرٌ فَإِنْ اسْتَطَعْتَ أَنْ تَكُونَ السِّلْمَ فَافْعَل
Verily, after me there will be conflicts or affairs, so if you are able to end them in peace then do so.

Conclusion
Muhammad Asad interprets the verse as follows:
In accordance with the fundamental principle observed throughout my interpretation of the Quran, that all of its statements and ordinances are mutually complementary and cannot, therefore, be correctly understood unless they are considered as parts of one integral whole, this verse 9:29 too must be read in the context of the clear-cut Quranic rule that war is permitted only in self-defense. In other words, the above injunction to fight is relevant only in the event of aggression committed against the Muslim community or state, or in the presence of an unmistakable threat to its security: a view which has been shared by that great Islamic thinker, Muhammad Abduh. Commenting on this verse, he declared:
القتال الواجب في الإسلام إنما شرع للدفاع عن الحق وأهله… إن غزوات النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كانت كلها دفاعا وكذلك حروب الصحابة في الصدر الأول
“Fighting has been made obligatory in Islam only for the sake of defending the truth and its followers… All the campaigns of the Prophet were defensive in character and so were the wars undertaken by the companions in the earliest period of Islam.”

They are not [all] the same; among the People of the Scripture is a community standing [in obedience], reciting the verses of Allah during periods of the night and prostrating [in prayer]
And also, Allah said in the following verse:
They believe in Allah and the Last Day, and they enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and hasten to good deeds. And those are among the righteous.
It refers that it is completely forbidden to build mosques upon the graves of the prophets like we're going to worship them except the Almighty God, following the steps of Satan.
If you're a true believer, you must not object to that in any case. Because the places of worship must be directed to the One and Only God, through Him we bless our places of worship not by the bones of the prophets, who were simply humans.

Do not initiate greetings with the Jews and Christians. When you meet any of them in the road, then make him take its narrowest path.
Source: Sahih Muslim 2167, Grade: Sahih
On the surface, it seems like the Muslims are being commanded to be rude to others. However, the Prophet made this statement to his companions when they were departing to confront a Jewish tribe that had just violated their peace treaty.
Ibn Al-Qayyim comments on this tradition, saying:
لَكِنْ قَدْ قِيلَ إِنَّ هَذَا كَانَ فِي قَضِيَّةٍ خَاصَّةٍ لَمَّا سَارُوا إِلَى بَنِي قُرَيْظَةَ
It is said that this was in a specific situation, when they were marching to the tribe of Qurayzah

Authentic versions of this tradition as narrated by other companions make this context clear.
Abu Basrah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
إِنَّا غَادُونَ عَلَى يَهُودَ فَلَا تَبْدَءُوهُمْ بِالسَّلَامِ فَإِذَا سَلَّمُوا عَلَيْكُمْ فَقُولُوا وَعَلَيْكُمْ
Verily, I will depart against the Jews in the morning, so do not greet them with peace and if they greet you with peace, then say: And upon you.
Source: Musnad Ahmad 26695, Grade: Sahih
This narration is authentic according to Al-Haythami in Majma’ al-Zawāʼid 8/44 and Al-Albani in Irwā’ al-Ghalīl 1275.
Abu Abdur Rahman Al-Juhani reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
إِنِّي رَاكِبٌ غَدًا إِلَى الْيَهُودِ فَلَا تَبْدَءُوهُمْ بِالسَّلَامِ فَإِذَا سَلَّمُوا عَلَيْكُمْ فَقُولُوا وَعَلَيْكُمْ
Verily, I am riding against the Jews tomorrow, so do not greet them with peace and if they greet you with peace, then say: And upon you.
Source: Sunan Ibn Majah 3699, Grade: Sahih
This narration is authentic according to Al-Albani in Sahih al-Jami’ 2464 and Sahih Ibn Majah 2999.
From these, we can understand that the command to not initiate peaceful greetings and to not accommodate their path was specific to these hostile tribes. In another context, the companions would greet non-Muslims with peace. The Muslims in this case were simply told to continue marching on their way without stopping to accommodate these people.
Even so, it was not permissible for the Muslims to harm these non-Muslims while they walked along the path.
Al-Qurtubi comments on this tradition, saying:
وَلَيْسَ الْمَعْنَى إِذَا لَقِيتُمُوهُمْ فِي طَرِيقٍ وَاسِعٍ فَأَلْجِئُوهُمْ إِلَى حَرْفِهِ حَتَّى يَضِيقَ عَلَيْهِمْ لِأَنَّ ذَلِكَ أَذًى لَهُمْ وَقَدْ نُهِينَا عَنْ أَذَاهُمْ بِغَيْرِ سَبَبٍ
The meaning is not that if we meet them on a wide road we should force them to take its narrowest edge, as this would be harming them and we have been prohibited from harming them without a just cause.
Source: Fatḥ al-Bārī 11/40
It is not allowed in Islam to harm anyone or anything without a just cause. Letting them take the narrow part of the road was simply a means to avoid honoring them, since at the time their tribe was showing hostility towards the Muslims.
Ibn Hajar comments on this tradition, saying:
مَعْنَاهُ لَا تَتَنَحَّوْا لَهُمْ عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ الضَّيِّقِ إِكْرَامًا لَهُمْ وَاحْتِرَامًا
It means do not give up your section of the road to them in order to honor and respect them.
Source: Fatḥ al-Bārī 11/40
If we were to honor such people at the time of their wrongdoing, that would only embolden them to commit more crimes. A little harshness in this context is actually an act of love and mercy because it is meant to discourage their bad behavior. This is called tough love.
In general, Islam encourages us to be kind and gentle even to those who are very rude to us, as long as they are not violent against us.
Aisha reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
إِنَّ اللَّهَ رَفِيقٌ يُحِبُّ الرِّفْقَ فِي الْأَمْرِ كُلِّهِ
Verily, Allah is kind and he loves kindness in all matters.
