My mother made this same dressing. She passed 3 years ago and i can not make it taste like hers for anything. It needs her hands to mix it up. I hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving! ❤

Love the closeness you have with your beautiful Robin.
Im so glad your feeling better.
🙏 the Urologist can find whats wrong and you feel relief.
Also , I don't know much about menerze disease (spelling?)
Of the ears but i do suffer from Vertigo from time to time and it is exactly as you descibed. Its a horrid feeling indeed.
God bless you and yours always lovely, kind lady.
I enjoy your positive attitude and humor.❤
    Have a wonderful weekend.
Oh and just to let you know a little about me, I live in the US in South Carolina, born and raised in New Jersey. I am 65 yrs old and have health issues as we all do as we age.
I keep telling myself when i loom in the mirror your Sixty Patty lol like you tell us.
    Positive affirmations ❤
    Thank you for that.
And I will say, 🐒 hear, 🐒 Tell myself 😂

My family loves stuffing but I’ve never made it from scratch, always used boxed. I’m sure this is even better

Mama used her hands and I use my hands. These are Gods utensils given to you.

Ma'am always cooked a hole chicken and used her own homemade broth. Not the store bought or in a can. Also, use real homemade cornbread. not a ready mix. Tuck me a long time to rediscover her old recipe. But now I got it to a T, excluding the love she put in every morsel.

No sage for us, poultry seasoning to me is a lot better. I boil a whole hen or chicken and debone it. And use that good rich broth and make a chicken and dressing, and I make a delicious seafood dressing for my Cajun son in law, filled with crab meat and shrimp, he absolutely loves it!!!! I use Tammy Kings recipe cooking with TK on yt. All except I don’t use old bay. My son in law doesn’t like old bay seasoning. Happy Thanksgiving Everybody!!! Miss sue no I wouldn’t add the raw eggs until right before you pour it up to bake. And I would beat the eggs in a blender and then stir them in your dressing mix. I salute my celery, onions and bell peppers, prior to adding them to my cornbread and cut up light bread.

I'll attempt to make a smaller version of this for Christmas dinner. I love all types of stuffing and this one looks good. Thank you Mama Sue, Blessings & Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

How far ahead are you making dressing? Do you freeze or just leave in fridge? Thank you

I make mine on Tuesday, so today. I cook my bread and mix everything together and put in a sealed container then I put in fridge until Thursday. I cook my onions in butter and add to dressing before baking... I use real chicken broth.

Is it even a southern dish if you don't use your hands?
