Arrow custom loopers are horrible. Rough transitions, bumpy track, horrible restraints, the restraints treat your head like a punching bag. I never rode the original but rode others and Anaconda at Kings Dominion is by far the worst coaster ive ridden and Corkscrew at Cedar Point is not much better.
The G-forces were intense. I remember telling myself to push my head back against the headrest so it wouldn't fly forward like you saw with that little girl. I also remember starting to black out at the bottom of the second hill evetime I rode it. Fun times.
Laser Loop didn't go to Europe. Maybe that was the original plan, but it ended up in Mexico City. Now that park in Mexico is closed, and the ride has now been sent to Indiana, possibly for Indiana Beach or another park owned by the new owner.
I remember the first weekend it opened up there were a lot of injuries. In the future there was a person on the loading platform asking people to take their earrings out. There was a girl that I went to school with that got whiplash from the ride. I thought it was a good ride the problem is that Arrow designed it wrong.
Yes your correct they took out the loops because not only its a mantmance nightmare but a headbanger Morgen a amrican manufacturer took out the loops and replaced it with airtime hills

Phantoms Revenge opened a few months after i was born so i never rode the original but with my experience on other Arrow custom loopers, Anaconda at Kings Dominion and Corkscrew at Cedar Point i can safely say the Steel Phantom would have sucked. Anaconda is the worst coaster o have ever ridden. Corkscrew isnt much better.
The SP lived up to the reputation. It was a brain rattler. I can remember much head just bouncing between the headrests and leaving me dazed as a younger rider.
It’s crazy to see the steel phantom without the trim brake. My goodness it was hauling ass through those loops, even after the trim was installed!
I rode it a lot. It’s nostalgia outweighs what it actually was like to ride it. It literally tried to snap your neck through the inversions.
4.5 Million for a terrain hyper coaster is wild.

Laser Loop is basically comfirmed to be headed to a park near Niagara Falls (US side) for the 2022 season, so you'll get your chance to ride it.
Arrow loopers are great and Anaconda is a fun ride. Don't be such a lame soy boy.
I remember being a teenager when the Loop closed. I used to love the Laser Loop as a kid.

Koasterfan500 it is as of 2001 cuz when the swithced the coaster from and arrow coaster to a morgan they increaced the drop to 232 and speed by 5 mph
