Hey natalie 👋 just curious to know what part of the city you loved the most? And according to you what differentiates Chandigarh from the rest cities you visited?
Mmmm I think my favorite part was when I was walking down to the rose garden! The streets were so gorgeous and covered in huge trees with the leaves falling everywhere - it seemed like a perfect fall day back home! 😍 and lots of people were biking there which I would’ve lovedddd to do! 😍😍 Chandigarh was way different - the grid layout, tons of nice outdoor park space, really nice sidewalks. It’s a good city!

The Kalka-Shimla toy train route is highly congested, requiring tickets to be booked at least one month in advance. I hope you were able to secure a ticket, but renting a car to Shimla is also a convenient and cost-effective option. @@NataliesPassport lovely to hear that.. did you visit the GOLDEN TEMPLE 🌹🕉️🌹🕉️ and experience the DIVINITY?
@@NataliesPassport :: would like to share something very spiritual and Divine with you.. do you have an email id to write to?
@@NataliesPassportYou could have asked from any pedestrian walking. I'm sure he would have paid for you. 😊
You enjoy in My beautiful City
Chandigarh is so beautiful and clean, proper roads but is it more expensive than the other areas you toured? How much is decent hotel ?
It was one of the more expensive hotels I stayed in.. (also because I booked it while I was on the train - maybe around 8pm for the same night? 😅) But it was called Hotel Emerald. I paid $45 usd total for 2 nights (about 3,800 rupees). But it was a nice hotel and walking distance to many really cute cafes! ❤️
Nice to see you in my city. Hope you had a great time!
I did! Thank you 🥰

Aww lol thank you! 🥰🥰 I think it’s the capital of Punjab and also another state (Haranya? 🤔)
@@NataliesPassportIts a union territory (as the name suggests, it's managed by the union government)
Chandigarh was way different - the grid layout, tons of nice outdoor park space, really nice sidewalks. It’s a good city!
Welcome to india and welcome to my beautiful city chandigarh good luck and enjoy your travelling
Thank you 🥰 I had a great time!
You can use upi. Easily acceptable everywhere. 👍

Love your channel and content so awesome 😎

Thank goodness there are some nice people like you who show positive things about India.. Trust me there are more positives to show the world than the negatives which western media spreads
I completely agree!! I spent 3 months in India and had an amazing time! There were 100x more positives than negatives 😍 it’s sad people just focus on the bad stuff 🥺
Chandigarh is love ❤❤❤
So nice! 😍
you should have visited Pinjore Garden and also there is a zoo not super close but around one hour drive from Chandigarh also there is a bus from Chandigarh which takes you straight to the zoo
Ohhh thanks! That’s good to know about the bus 😍
Chandigarh is the 1st Planned city of India, you must say thanks to the person who suggested Chandigarh to you 😅 it is 1 of the most beautiful, cleanest and safest cities in India.
I just found it searching Google maps 🙈🤣🤣 my favorite thing to do when I travel is find cool places 😍 but then I also read all the comments and bookmark places that people mention so the list grows really quickly!

The Kalka-Shimla toy train route is highly congested, requiring tickets to be booked at least one month in advance. I hope you were able to secure a ticket, but renting a car to Shimla is also a convenient and cost-effective option. During my trip, I rented a car outside Kalka Railway Station due to the unavailability of train tickets.
I actually did get a ticket! 😍 the train ride was amazing - I told my parents they would LOVE it! 😍 I tried to vlog it, but honestly I think the vlog will be sooo bad cuz I felt so awkward vlogging by myself with all the families on the train 😅 so I might skip that and just do shimla 🤷♀️😅
@@NataliesPassport Yeah!! I noticed you seem a bit shy sometimes. Just wanted to say, don't let that hold you back! You've got such a great personality and your viewers love seeing your adventures. Embrace the camera and let your authentic self shine through! ✌️
By the way, if you're looking for some more amazing experiences like Kalka-Shimla, I highly recommend checking out the Darjeeling Toy Train and the Ooty Toy Train. Both are UNESCO World Heritage Sites and offer breathtaking views that your audience will absolutely adore.
Keep up the fantastic work, and don't forget to enjoy every moment of your trip in India! Can't wait to see what you capture next! 👍
Awwww thanks so much 🥰🥺😭 but yeah, I’m really not that extroverted so sometimes vlogging isn’t fun, even tho I love traveling 😅🤣
I’ve been in India almost 3 months now and honestly it’s way more amazing (and more safe) than I expected!!! Like I’m having a great time. Which is probably part of the reason I’m not posting because I’d rather travel and see new cities than sit at home on my laptop 😅 BUT if I make it back here after Thailand I REALLY want to go to Darjeeling and the NE part of India 😍
@@NataliesPassport Absolutely! India is indeed a remarkably safe destination, and your reassurance about its safety is greatly appreciated. It's important to note that India's vast size and population, being the 7th largest country and the most populous, can sometimes lead to sensationalized news. However, such incidents are rare considering the sheer number of people. In my own experience living in India, I've never witnessed any crime firsthand. India's safety, combined with its cultural richness and warm hospitality, truly makes it a remarkable place to explore. Thank you for sharing your insights and looking forward to following along on your journey. ✌️
Finally a westerner going to good underrated part of India
