    Sir David Traves becoming a staple in the instructional MSFS video content scene. At first I thought you were this guy the really likes his Navigraph and will do a couples of videos and the disappear ... man was I wrong. I'm really glad you're sticking around, the production quality is through the roof. Thank you. (also, damn you, I subscribed to navigraph for a month without having too high hopes of actually using it ... and i'm hooked, all flight are IFR now, regardless of weather).

    Thanks very much for this video. Your comments are very honnest. In addition thanks very much to show the aeronautical documentation and your before/after images are very appropiate in order for us customers to make up our mind.

    As many have said or implied, one of the best scenery / airport reviews I have seen. Very pro. I have this airport and your comments are spot on. Appreciate the aeronautical aspects too.

      Yes, that's a nice touch, especially with ga aircraft to park them.

    I noticed the windsock at LOWZ points to the wrong direction. Into the wind.

    Thanks for the content demos, David. Are you planning to do a breakdown for Kelowna?

      @@NOTAM1 Ah, I hadn't actually looked in the marketplace and assumed this one was there. Seems I was mistaken!

    A modern self launch sailplane would be great i.e. Ventus 3M, JS2, ASH-31, Quintus, EB29R................................

      Oh how I'd love that.

      @@NOTAM1 Yeah not going to hold my breath though - what did we get for MSFSX in all its time, from commercial developers, a Discus , K-21, a couple of Blaniks, and a few motorgliders like the H-36 and Grob G109b -mainly due to one guy at Aerosoft. Probably will have to continue to use Condor 2 at least it has modern sailplanes ( a few self launchers) in it. Iris are supposedly doing a G103 Twin Astir !! - but they have been promising that one for years - can remember when it was supposed to be out for FSX about 10 years ago and hardly a cutting edge sailplane any more. Probably we'll get the same endless parade of American spamcans and Boeing and Airbus tubeliners......

      @@soaruk3697 Yeah, not holding my breath for sure. Never been a fan of the heavies personally, mostly GA and Military (DCS), but gliding is my first love. I had some hope pre-launch when seeing an animation of the wind effects pushing up a mountain creating lift and immediately thought... ridge sailing... its coming. No idea if heat and thermals are a factor over certain types of terrain like farmers' fields etc... I can dream.

      @@NOTAM1 it would be good if it had realistic ridge, thermal and 'wave' lift - Condor 2 has it now.........

    your video's look awesome, not much to critic about, if i want to be picky I would love to see the airports wet sometimes to see if the textures are made well in rainy weather or wet runway, taxiways.

      Thanks Dead. Someone else mentioned this also so I will add this down the line (already have the next few recorded, just not edited). Its a great idea.

    What about a compare to Jeppesen 10-9 card? Is the windsock the right place, is the apron as it should be, and so on. Just a suggestion.

    What are your opinions on the fact that they did clear reflective glass for two of the hangers but not the other two? Is this a stylistic choice or laziness?

    • @confuseddad2865
      @confuseddad2865 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@NOTAM1thanks for the reply. Its strange because the kind of person who buys addons scenery could possibly be described as someone who likes detail and will look very very carefully at things. Your review is an example of this passion for detail, know that those other two hangers don't have the transparent glass is enough for me not to grab it. First world problems sure but so be it hehe
