Slap Bass is my weakness it's awesome just inconsistent slapping. I'm going to try little harder God willing.. Dan replied when I was studyingone of his awesome lessons. ❤❤ Dan was so positive saying "you'll get it " -Dan is so right about learning n saying you will in time keeps you motivated. Im 65 years old lovin playing the Bass more than I did playing in working bands for 25 years. Ty Dan

Is the thumb slap a light touch? By the way, sounds really good, very relaxed. What do you do about a set up, is that something a bass player can do on their own?
You can alter the touch with the thumb. It’s quite light - for me - most of the time. Search for the Fodera and/or Sadowsky set up videos on TH-cam. They’re great!
