So I have hot air flowing from the passenger side and cold air blowing the driver's side. I tested all the fuses you listed and I purchased a new blend motor and installed it and tested it. The blend motor is working (and the old one was probably working as well) when I switch from different setting like blowing to the floor vs. blowing to the defrost or dash. The motor is moving when I turn on the AC or heat. But I am still only getting cold air on the driver's side. Any ideas on what to look at next?
I have the same issue where I am getting cold air on the drivers side and hot on the passenger side. I replaced the blend door as well, didn’t solve the issue. I manually switched the door and got Luke warm air now but no where near hot. Did you end up finding a solution?
@@justinmcdonnell3025 I just removed the actuator and manually moved the blend doors. luckily the shafts to those doors are not broken. I went through and turned on AC and then heater to make sure the actuator is working properly and it is. Now I get barely any flow and the air is luke warm at a certain blend door setting. This tells me that the system is not functioning somewhere internally to the HVAC. It could be a bad HVAC controller. Also when I turned it on defrost and drove the car, I smelled something burning really badly with sulfur smell and plastic burning. So something in there is really not well off...not sure where to go next.
