Right-click where you want to start stretching the beam, then move the mouse up or down to stretch the beam. If you decide, right-click again where you want the beam to be placed, or left-click to cancel.
During house tour you're moving too fast and the screen shake too fast. Like you're in such a hurry. Just making people dizzy watching it. Your build is awesome but as a youtuber you're lacking. Try be more patient next time. Move slow and let audience to enjoy. Not just bragging your build.

Why not maybe try make a tour for its own video and give some comment. I've watched a build youtuber do this. His channel is CordlessVII he built fallout 4 houses etc, although he's not anymore. I really enjoy watching him, especially the tour. Sometime tour is not just show scenery but taking time on the movements. So audience might feel they could live in that house. For me personally I love imagining that.
