I follow instructions very carefully.and I did successfully repaired my brother industrial sewing machine.now it's not skipping stitches anymore 😊thank you for that tutorial I saved lots of money.
Thank you so much for this video! I have to ship off my 8700 for repairs that I can’t handle. You’ve completely demystified hook and bar timing for me. I’m almost retimed now, only waiting for my feed dog screws to arrive from Cut Sew to finish. I’m so happy with the service I received from your business between this video and my phone call to you this morning. Major kudos to Nick and Keith! I could happily spend a day with Keith just watching to learn more.
I hadnt used my 8700 in about a year. Today, I kept breaking thread. Watched your video and realized the hook was striking the needle. You made the fix super easy. Thank you!!
Awesome correlation. Thank you, I did end up finding one from a Jack machine, with the same hook assembly, he said in the video, the timing on the hook is set on the ascending not the descending and about 1/16th of an inch after it hits the lowest position. This is a great close up. Thank you again for the time making the video on the hook assembly and proper needle position for the timing. Also if going from a small eye needle 12 to 20, the hook timing needs to be reset, to accommodate for the needle size, I keep forgetting, and that is what throws my timing out.
My dude, I have an event coming up last minute and I’ve been making products but my machine was skipping stitches and shredding the thread. You are a godsend 🎉
You guys are genius 👏 I have been trying to fix the timing on my machine over two day after watching your video I did it in few minutes Thank you guys so much definitely appreciate it 😊
What would you say the lifespan of a hook is? Had my machine for over 4 years at this point. Just re timed it, but still feel like I'm getting some slight snagging of thread during the rotation somewhere with the hook. Do you think it should be replaced?

I haven't had any issues with my machine, but I really appreciate these videos.

After a careful watch I believe I determined the needle was placed too high. I adjusted the height and timing is right now. Did I do this correctly?

Noi utenti finali dobbiamo modificare i loro deplorevoli errori???

interesting
helpful video but nobody taught this man to say please or thank you to the people he’s working with?
In the professional world people don’t say please and thank you to save time. The video would take much longer and we don’t need to hear that
