I think it’s great how accessible you make leather working. There’s no wrong way to do it and the best way to do it is to just do it with whatever you have available. Great job
Looking forward to the next chapter! I enjoy making items for my family, especially items for hunting/camping, and your videos are very helpful in creating my own patterns. Love your videos!
Good details and info about tool options. I'm sure you caught that 1/4" hole placement measurement issue in time. I've made that mistake but punched the %#$#^ hole before catching it. Did it on a Civil War cap pouch belt strap. I just lowered the other one and the extra hole was covered (barely) by the tail end of the strap. I had both turned under rather than the "coffee cup handle" attachment your project has.
Nice. Also, I think a fun project video(or series of videos) would be making leather bottles, or costrels. I just made my first one, and while it's a little rough, it's watertight. Just need to find a different finish for the outside, I lost most of the detail of my basket weave
That's a great video! I have a question... A friend gave me an old leather briefcase. The stitching is falling apart and the leather seems good but was very dry. What would you recommend to bring back the moisture? Thanks!

Love Chuck Dorset's enthusiasm. Where did you find him?
Very helpful. Weaver needs to put out a printed catalog, site is to hard to used.
