I am waiting for a reply from Gibbs to see if they moved the file, or it is no longer avialable. Should hear back soon. I have the file, but I can't link directly, as that might violate Haas rights.
It looks like Gibbs stopped the Machine Sim models availability for Haas machines. You can though download the models directly from Haas, but you would need to adapt Machine Sim to the model. There are Gibbs tutorials on how to do that. Here is the link from Haas to get the models. th-cam.com/video/PbqsWSmYnFs/w-d-xo.html
Building machine sim's can sometimes be challenging. Your best bet would be to go through the tutorial in the Gibbs manuals. They have a machine and a step-x-step on how to create one.
Sorry, I do not have permission to send Haas digital files. Best if you contact Haas and see if they can provide you one. Their files used to be free to download from them, but not sure if that has changed.
It's free through HAAS, but I had to email support and ask for the model for my machine. Just make sure to ask for a solid model file. They originally sent me an STL mesh file which will not work. They resent me a .step file and that worked fine.
There is a tutorial on how to do it, but it's not necessarily an easy task. Most customers have Gibbs put together the simulation from the machine model. It's around $2k for them to do it, but customers who have Gibbs do have the ability to create one.
Note: The VF4 which I used here is all ready to go from the Gibbs online web site. No need to create a simulation body, as it's already done. Everyone has access to this one.
Can you upload this zip file somewhere please? It is not available anymore.

Hi, could you please make a tutorial of step by step on building machine sims. Thank you for all of your tutorials.
