“Candid” but they will never allow the publishing of criticism about HTA or SPF. If SPF is serious about improving the organisation, they should be more transparent and allow those working from within to provide constructive criticism especially about the top management.

Courage-Be brave and not to act coward, fight crime and not to run away.
Loyalty-Be professionalism and not to tell lies, be honest and make life better and steady
Integrity-Do Discipline, show that you are ready to save the world.
Fairness-Care for Police officers, preserve, protect and defend the city
All police officers are the laws.
Like example for Army and police
-If anyone try to beat Police, means break the law and go to jail
-If army fight means break the rules and can get charge and sent to DB
