She is doing IPPT on easy mode. Nowadays most places have machines, if you don’t do push ups or sit ups with perfect form, the machine will not register. So many people who previously got “gold” (previously ask their friends anyhow count for them or don’t do proper form) now can’t even pass.
i’ve seen many ppl do half fuck form on the machine and it is still counted. You just need to know how to use the machin
