I'm not alone. The immense power of Unity calling in ALL is what I truly & desperately seek, need. CeraVe. Calling all "inner voices " to infiltrate the Loud Loud societal Din. Noise Noise, when I seek the Quite Energies that re-center that inner horrendous self sabotage of neglect. I could go on, expressed enough. Felt enough. Carry it with me knowing I can pull it in with Beautiful Awareness of Spirit Needed this, Thank you Karena. I followed my Somatic needs as they awakened💫🥰💫
I'm having problems with the havening touch- it all feels awkward, forced, and makes me uncomfortable. Memories start to come up- Am I ever going to get used to the Havening touch and equate it with safety and calm? Is there something else I can do for my nervous system besides touching my face, hands, and upper arms?
@@missmehigan This is only speaking for myself... I do whatever feels soothing, nurturing, no matter if it's in list of 4-5 main suggestions. I follow my own needs as they call to me Karena says do what feels right for You (which I do anyway). Listen to your soft inner voice that will guide you, at least works for me. Is there anyone who can be with you as these memories come up? Not necessarily to talk about, just be a safe presence for you (even on cell). I don't, but you might. 🙏
I feel this. sometimes in this case I will just rest my hands on my body with a little pressure. One hand on my heart, one on my stomach. Or both on my stomach (I do these lying down). Maybe that will help? ❤
