Had similar issue with my 2.5.New gates couplings and freewheel. Gassed and worked then didn't low pressure switch.😢.Then fitted new pipe which runs to compressor .All seems good.No use at moment.Got to love 2.5 t5 .Manifold gasket and manifold just done by an independent. 😊.Drives great love the video may strip and clean my fan now.Cheers
Thank you! Yes I was thinking it was going to be an issue with my one way clutch but it took more finding than that! I've got another short video coming out with another issue to do with the van that might interest you! They do certainly have there quirks but on the whole a good van!
@RJW_Customs I have loads off repairs on my list as it's a t5 Cali didn't know what I let myself in for.Away most weekends now it's no longer gassing us.😃

We’re very similar. I spend more time fixing my T5 than my 73 Firebird. That thing never goes wrong 😂
To be fair my T5 hadn't really ever so far given my grief but it has taken the back burner while I did the chevelle. Whereas now is its time to shine!
