Thank you so much for this tutorial. I have been trying to figure out how to resize my keyboard for the past several days. After watching your tutorial I was able to fix it in about 10 seconds. Thanks again.
New version removes it sadly but you can factory reset it by.. Settings > More settings > App manager > Gboard > Uninstall updates. My phone is vivo, basically you wanna go to that place where you can force stop/ uninstall/ clear data/ clear cache for Gboard. Warning though, since its a reset, your Gboard data will be lost (themes, dictionary, etc). Hope this helps
Gboard keyboard works on almost every android 11, 12 and 13 smartphones regardless of OS. most android phones come with Gboard keyboard as default keyboard. hopefully that helps

Im saying if you are doing any tutorial about a software which is available in more than one operation system (OS), you should mention which OS you are testing. In my case, I was looking for info on Gboard for iOS but was led to your content cuz you failed to correctly address this basic set of information.

it's not removed just changed. see the 3 round squares on left side above keyboard, tap that, and you'll see resize
