Great review, much appreciated! Convinced me to bite the bullet and get this lens slightly used for $50. Hope this will turn the X-E2 that I just got into a nice, light street shooter.
Nice video. I have an XE3, but do not have the 'digital microprism' focus assist option, I only have 'standard', 'split image', and 'peak'. Did you use an XE3 for the menu screenshots in this video or other Fuji camera, and if an XE3 which firmware version? Thanks.
Ruairidh Alexander it was probably the X-T3. It’s been so long since I made the video I’m. It 100% sure, but I think I used the X-T3 for most of not all the menu shots.
Don’t use it on weddings?
Me: “watch me”
Thanks for the very detailed review. 🙏
my favorite part of this channel is seeing the new background the videos are shot in each time!
Thanks... I think.
Great video, so many people only review top shelve of products, where you show that everyone could own and enjoy this lens, well done!
Thanks Brian!
The problem with focus peaking and mechanical lenses, is that you have to always open up the aperture to max, to see if you are nailing the focus....
