Hi! Thank you for your videos. They help me so (sew) much! Can you show how to neaten the top part of the godet please? I can do one side perfectly then the other side leaves a little surplus of fabric. Thanks x

Hi Jacqueline, Try sewing the other side in the opposite direction, that may help. Let me know how it goes!

I am having trouble handling and sewing very lightweight glitter chiffon fabric. It stretches and gets distorted extremely easily, whether I use a stretch, zigzag stitch or a straight stitch. Of course, I use a tiny needle meant for lightweight fabric. I cannot use interfacing because I need to retain the transparent quality of the chiffon. HELP!

Hi....what if it's not a slash or a seam. What I mean is how do you insert the v shaped godet into another v shaped piece. Not sure if my question is clear enough

It is possible, only if the fabric your using is light weight. I would test first before trying it on your sewing project.

Hi, I have a project i would like to work on. Its a uniform (dress) for my three year old, the bottom half requires inverted pleats to the two sides, front and back. the top half is round neck at the front with zip at back. Can you please assist in draft for this.
