      In the long run, crash fad diets, gimmicks, surgeries etc. do not work. Everyone wants a quick fix. :(

    I love your half regular, half whole grain pasta suggestion. I use this for my family of picky eaters. They dont love whole grain, but then its 50/50 they eat it no problem.

    Two of my favorite snack + healthy foods are 1. putting 2 crushed oreos into my berry protein smoothie bowl (it's like a sundae!), and 2. add chicken and veggies like onion, cabbage, kale, sprouts to my instant ramen - my favorite is the sweet chili cup of noodles 😛

    I soak brown rice; then cook it with white rice. Half and half. It cooks at the same amount of time that way.

    Exactly. It is also true. I fi 7:52 nd when eating fruit, I don't crave non health sugars. It's more nutritious and I enjoy.i love the zoodles idea. I also choose foods I like. It's all in moderation. So I don't overeat. Thanks to you, I have been following your advice, and it really does work.😊
