Here is a virtual tour of it. I will also make a video of it tomorrow. Please feel free to reach out to us at team@living-inVenturacounty.com so I can send you the video. Also, there is another model 8 that has been built that is a little less money and not on the mls. I will also have a video of that one for you. Lot 1 plan 8b my.matterport.com/show/?m=4dNmpKFwGxT and lot 3 8b my.matterport.com/show/?m=GUCx2jhABRt here are the links for a virtual walk through. Lot 1 is on the corner next to a busy street but I believe a larger lot and Lot 3 is 2 doors down. Lot 1 should have a view of the mountains. Please reach out to us with any questions.

Hey there! Do you know if there are any tiny home communities in Ventura county?

There may be something limited in the Ojai area but overall it would be either mobile home parks or apartment style condos that would be as close as you can get to tiny homes in this county.

You are correct. There was supposed to be a small tiny home community built in Oxnard but it has not started yet. There is a Facebook group called Ventura County Tiny House Community. It is a private group but you can ask to join. Santa Barbara has a tiny home community that you might want to look into. I would love to hear back from you and see what you find out. I do know that in Ojai they are starting to allow tiny homes to be built as ADU's. Take care.
