3:37 Spring Airlines, China‘s first, largest and most successful LCC, based at Shanghai and uses A320 series only. That plane still has the old livery. I thought you'd be flying the C919 from Shanghai Hongqiao to Xi'An, but it turns out the flight you're on offers similar catering standard to the C919.
this flight is ceair‘s domestic hub to hub route so all is the best stander. now ceair's c919 is serving on shanghai to xian, but it based at sha(shanghai hongqiao) airport.
Great onboard experience. Looks comfortable and you certainly won't go hungry or thirsty on China Eastern. Shanghai Airport's vast glass windows look amazing for plane spotting! Out of interest, why do you find the flight to Karamy a random route? Surely this flight connects Karamay with the international hubs that are Xi'an and Shanghai. I imagine it's similar to UK domestic flights- after all Aberdeen has a population of 225k and Newcastle's population is 310k and they both have numerous daily flights to Amsterdam and Heathrow.
That’s true, I suppose by connecting Xi’an and Shanghai to Karamay on the same route they’re killing two birds with one stone, no need to operate two separate routes. I’d just never heard of the place and its so far away. Need to brush up on my Chinese geography.
Still getting free food on a domestic flight, that’s pretty good 😮
Yeah, very bougie

I wanted to try the C919, sadly on the day I travelled the timing wasn’t very good so went for the A320neo

The seat numbering is so that they can swap to larger aircraft without chaning seat assignments
Thats more than 31' pitch for sure. more like 32 or 33
That’s what I thought too, I just couldn’t find anything else online besides that 31” figure
@@freddiesflightreviews very good. Nice video. The three Chinese airlines seem to be getting more competitive which si good
@@manha61definitely, China Southern are the best in my opinion.

Domestic flights in China are just another level even compare to other airlines in Asia. US airlines and European airlines.
Not a bad plane. Not sure about the food though!
Are you saying you wouldn’t like crab 🦀 roe flavour sunflower seeds? 😮
their c919 is way better than 320n
Definitely want to try it the next time I visit China
