@@nameblockedyes they are. But it sucks, these dealers dont wanna negotiate at all. I even told some if them, what you're asking for this vehicle is unrealistic, and they dont reply to my mesaages anymore. And if i cant get a good deal ill just wait.
800 days means rot on the lot. Hope they get the message that we are tired of getting fleeced for overpriced junk. Dealerships are crazy if they really think the average customer will comeback after getting burned. I personally refuse to buy anything that won’t last the life of the loan.
You're absolutely right we do not feel sorry for these dealerships the way they screw people over during the pandemic with all of that BS markups.. extended warranties. Resist all bs, extended warranties that don't cover anything.. like you said let it Rot on their Lot
72 months at 22.95% at $591 for a $23,000 car... That's $42,552.. or double the price of the car.. half your payment is interest... Good god.... Agree with getting pre-approved.. We got our Kia, had the pre-approval in hand and the dealer actually found us a smaller APR at the local credit union (under 4 percent at the time). Again, get pre-approved if you can.
It’s not just the consumer that’s not wanting to pay theses prices, the banks aren’t giving loans for these over priced crap that loses it’s value as soon as you drive it off the lot! Banks know most people can’t afford these high car and truck prices and repo is up!!
why pay $75k or more for an inferior vehicle made by the UAW? They have proven to be a major problem with 100's of thousands of recalls. Much more economical to buy an older vehicle and fix it up. My neighbor bought a 1990's Ford P/U, dropped about $7k into it and it looks and runs great.
When I first bought my commuter car as a new grad this summer of 2024, the credit union gave me 13% APR. I thought it was because I don't have a credit history (always pay with debit). Now you make me realize 13% is actually in the ballpark of national average since I just check around for fun yesterday, and some finance guys still quote me 10% despite having good credit score now and a stable job.

Imagine paying $100K for a vehicle that gets 14 miles to the gallon.
It’s not that people are broke it’s that people woke up and realize paying this for a means of a to b is insane
I disagree with you, people haven't gotten smarter. I see lots of 100k cars and trucks being bought off dealer lots.
@@maverick-zj3jz True, some people still buy , but more havn`t bought. They are the ones that are smart.

That's over 1/6th of a million dollars....
let it rot! Merry Christmas
Junk trash non reliable brands are charging 100k for their ugly looking metal box is hilarious 🤣
$18k for an Atima with 96k miles? GTFO! 😅
I bought my daily driver new 18 years ago and have no reason to get rid of it. The automotive industry can pound sand.
For that price, another 800+ days on lot is just rewards for that dealership and manufacturer. 😊
if you have to finance a car purchase you can't afford it.
I didn’t know the new business model is “hold onto inventory as long as possible”. They deserve every bit of what’s coming.
Steelerships need to go away we need to buy direct from manufacturers
I know right I think the laws are set where you have to go through a dealership to purchase .that is crazy.
I would agree. but even buying from the manufacture will be still expensive. They are the ones that put the MSRP on each car or truck.
@@johnshaddick6858 cut out the middle man and pricing should decrease
Will never buy another new vehicle. Only before 2019...
Unfortunately we are screwed when these 24s are the used cars that are available in 2034..
I agree. But my regular cargurus browsing shows me that used cars are severely overpriced as well.

Lol 84 month loans are criminal 😂
They think this is the end of gas-powered vehicles and they are trying to extract maximum profit for the remaining few years.
I have 4 major car dealers in town and there are so many cars on those lots there is not even space for a bicycle

You can still get something back after getting it out the lot nothing else not even a Ford Platinum.
