Yes this is the world we live in today.. unfortunately the majority of people would walk by Barbra Streisand today if she were breaking into the business.. sad but true.. Stephen is a Stellar Vocalist.. He is Sensational..
I had the very same thought re Barbra, busking in today's world. Oh well. The fact remains - Stephen is sensational and a Stellar Vocalist, as you said. I would stop dead in my tracks, mesmerized by such a Voice.

Absolutely fantastic! Keep it up, Stephen. You've got one of the world's best singing voices (and that's coming from a 72 year old man in the US who has been around long enough to have heard an awful lot of them).

Judy Garland used to sing this song and if she was listening to him she must have been very proud. He is incroyable.
I saw Oliver on the West End in 1963. I still have my 1964 LP. Stephen is fantastic, fabulous.

I just went to Mr. Barry's site: www.stephensings.com and found out he didn't make it through to the final on Ireland's Got Talent. In my opinion, I really think that there are people who just don't appreciate musical theater and this man's unbelievable talent and that's why he didn't make it through. It's important to be aware that even though you might not like this genre of music, this man's talent should be recognized. I only hope that the visibility of being on this show will help further his career. He truly deserves only the best.
Oh, my G'd where is Simon Cowell or Andrew Lloyd Webber to sign him up. He's absolutely amazing and his voice is as rich as Josh Groban's.

I wish Georgia Brown were still alive you'd have sung this brilliantly as a duet. I saw her in the premiere of Oliver on Broadway and I fell in love with her voice along with an adorable lad Davy Jones who was 1 year older than me.
