I love that they are singing this to each other. Maybe that seems obvious, but too many duets have the singers facing the audience, and something is lost. I believe they mean each word, and it adds so much.

Lydia Gerrard has such an angelic voice and deserves to be recognized for her talent, just as Mr. Barry, who to me, is the next Josh Groban should also be acknowledged for his rich and powerful voice. Their duet is hauntingly beautiful. I can't wait for each of them to put out a CD.

It is insane that in the world are so many wonderful singers. I love these two together but I imagine that both are wonderful alone too. I can't wait to be in heaven hear the choir that will be hosting our beautiful God and Savior Jesus Christ one day and hopefully soon. God bless you both. OMG, WOW!! Simply and utterly AMAZING! First - this is my absolute favorite song from Phantom (tears come to my eyes almost every time I hear it), second - your voices are just incredible, and last - I'll echo every other person on here in the comments that says you both should be on Broadway or in the West End every night on stage so the entire world can see and hear you! That's all - I now going to re-watch a few more times and cry for the absolute beauty of this.

Stephen has an Impressive voice & presence & someone has to say it so I will, he has a mouth that yearns to be kissed . Lydia has a lovely sweetness & her voice is that of a nightingale. Nice combination with a few hasty vocal moves by both, but that is a minor in their rendition of arguably one on the most beautiful musical numbers from the late 20th century.

Yes I agree - when I listen to it now (it was recorded last March) there are one or two phrases I’d like to re-record after having almost another year of training under my belt but I’m happy with how the video turned out overall. It’s a great song :)

Watching this, even in this day and age, I picture Miss Gerrard with her hair up, a diamond tiara sparkling amongst the curls, diamonds dripping from her earlobes and neck, dressed as the perfect Diva and foil to the elegant Stephen Barry. Bravo!

Stephen Barry's voice and gorgeous range reminds me so much of Josh Groban and Lydia Gerrard does have the voice of an angel. You were the bright spot in my gloomy winter afternoon.
