I have both of these in my collection as well. Both are unique in their own ways and yet approach the concept of a professional dive watch with their own philosophies. They can easily coexist in the same collection without a problem.
Sinn is special stuff, but I've been in love with the Doxa since I was a kid and two of my heros wore them. Jaques-Yves Cousteau and Dirk Pitt (not to mention Pitt's creator, Clive Cussler).
Wow. The Doxa has always been intriguing, but seeing it next to the U50 seals the deal. That Doxa is NOT for me. The U50 however is absolutely awesome. Thanks for the side by side.

Im gonna to go in to bat for the U50 here as my favorite tool watch, but if they changed from the beads of rice to something like an integrated engineer bracelet or similar on the Doxa it would be a lot closer for me. Does mean the Doxa could be worn to dinner more naturally but im not into that look for my tool watches personally.

Doxa all day long. It’s an icon. The sinn is just another watch.
I’m liking Doxa more currently. We will see if that continues. I think it will.
Doxa is a hack. Sinn is the real deal.

How is the timekeeping on both watches? I know the regular 300 that’s more expensive is COSC rated, but how is the 300T doing for you?
No perceivable issues. I rotate what I wear frequently however. I did notice the Doxa was spot on after a week of wearing consistently.

Doxa Lume kinda weak. Sinn Lume decent. I’ll try to do a Lume short showing both.
