Toriel deserves better. And no she is not against Undyne and Alphys's relationship. She is basically just a concern mother for Frisk and her care is complicated. Is it true she is a bit too caring for Frisk? Yes. Is it true she can be a bit too restrictive? Yes. But she is not a horrible person she is flawed. She had to deal with the loss of Asriel and Chara, had to deal with her husband's reckless actions towards hurting people, and the monsters vs humans. As a result even if she can be a hypocrite unlike Asgore she wanted to give Frisk and us a chance. No one is perfect in Undertale and as a result please do not think she's like Ragyo, Lusamine, or Medusa. She may be flawed but she is a caring mother. Nobody in Undertale is perfect and that is why we love Toriel.
@@IAmBored347 Yeah! I think people are too quick to focus on one aspect of her, but she is very multifaceted and complex. She has many flaws but those flaws usually come from a sympathetic place, or are things she has to work through throughout the game.
