the Skyrim Outfit System mod adds a vanity slot so you can customize your character how you want without changing stats, so you can have cheated in daedric drip without being overpowered, or to hide your helmet easily. (Only problem with this mod is it makes Dragon Aspect, Vampire Lord Armor, and Elder Scrolls (while reading) invisible when your vanity armor is enabled. This can probably be fixed though)

Okay, I've always wondered this do some of you just not have eyes? I don't understand what happens in your brains sometimes, do we just see different things? Do people have machine elf schizo vision that allows them to see beyond the veil where I cant? How can you look at that dragon priest mask retexture and not immediately go "Uuugh, what the fuck, this sucks, these textures suck dick" I feel like I've seen that mod so many times and it's just objectively the ugliest fucking thing anyone has ever created in history, it's a bunch of randomfuck textures that have nothing to do with anything plastered onto the masks with no rhyme or reason I feel so happy and fulfilled whenever I see my own modlist and it's not filled to the brim with a gazillion replacer mods made for people with no taste
I thought that was old Norse, my mjolnir necklace made in Russia has old Norse on it and I recognized some symbols on that. Not that Germanic runes and old Norse aren’t super similar though
@@thomaskelley6521 The runes from Germany and Scandinavia are largely the same because they originate from a common writing system known as the Elder Futhark. The Elder Futhark is the oldest form of the runic alphabets and was used by Germanic tribes across a wide geographical area, including what is now Germany and Scandinavia, from around the 2nd to 8th centuries AD. Here are some key reasons why the runes are the same in these regions: 1. **Common Cultural and Linguistic Roots**: The Germanic tribes shared similar languages and cultural practices. The runes were a part of this shared heritage, serving as a unified script for communication and recording information. 2. **Migration and Trade**: There was significant movement and interaction among Germanic tribes across Europe. This facilitated the spread and standardization of the Elder Futhark runes over a large area, including both Germany and Scandinavia. 3. **Historical Continuity**: As the Elder Futhark was used widely across these regions, its form and usage remained relatively consistent until it began to evolve into region-specific variants. For instance, the Younger Futhark later developed in Scandinavia, and the Anglo-Saxon Futhorc evolved in England. 4. **Archaeological Evidence**: Many runic inscriptions have been found across both Germany and Scandinavia that demonstrate the use of the same or very similar runic characters. This archaeological evidence supports the idea of a common runic tradition. Overall, the shared use of the Elder Futhark runes by Germanic tribes across both Germany and Scandinavia underscores their common linguistic and cultural connections during the early medieval period.
