Any reason you use different wires. From the enameled copper wire to the insulated yellow wire?

Not a fan if enameled copper wire. Too stiff.

How do I get my switch lite fixed? I did the same thing and solder off those small things next to the nvidia chip

any rp2040 will work (the rp2040 is the microcontroller doing all the work) as long as you can fit it in with the required hardware :)

so crazy how people attempt this install and have gorilla hands. Look at all the scratches near cpu traces where you cut the metal shield out lol

did a v1 this morning, piece of piss easy, was working fine, left the console on some error message while i was setting up the SD card and got side tracked, when I came back the console was really warm and screen had turned off. Now its just permanent blue light on the picofly and the switch never powers on (the battery was quite flat, i probably should have let it charge right up before messing with the HATS). What do you reckon?

Just needed to reseat the connection above the APU :P

Resolved? I reckon It was not secured properly, but double check for any chips that might’ve bumped off the cpu

Resolved, unplugged the connector above APU and plugged it back in, might have moved around when i was locating and securing the chip before re-assembly and heat just topped it off. @@ifnmyoup8322

I think I had the same issue and resolved it by disconnecting the battery and nand chip. Booted fine after that
