My curiosity got me. My childhood house… lol from 1978-1985. It was incorporated in 1983. Also, a Japanese company started Mill Creek. It was Bothell. Moved away (thankfully) to go to college and never really returned.
There's a youtube realtor in Houston woodlands area that looks just like you lol. I had to abandon a move to Houston. Too much freak weather
