    Not a bad explanation, however, the green inputs are for switching which oscillator is the modifying source for each of the oscillators, with the indicators functioning as follows: the red and yellow lights are indicators counting counter-clockwise, with no light being directly adjacent, yellow next, then red, then both. The blue lights indicate that instead of the source functioning as a trigger for S/H functions, the positive swing invokes an S/H function and the negative swing invokes a tracking of the carrier so you get a Track-and-Hold output when the blue light is on. Hope this helps make sense of things.

      @@FemiFleming Pugix is truly a master of this device. I'd call it an instrument but it is so much more than that.
      One thing I would STRONGLY recommend is getting your hands on 3.5mm banana ends and drop the male ends into at least the Quantussy sockets then start bridging connections with your fingers. You can still "balance" regular bananas in the ends but sometimes they pop out and can sometimes cause serendipitous events. However the whole "squishing" thing brings the immediacy of the CQ1 back to the CQ2. Playing it this way will change your life.
      Also, using audio rate signals on the Flip and Skip inputs will unchain the demons that live in that little wooden box and help transform it into the Transdimensional Portal Key that it truly is. Have fun!

    Let this be the THE cocoquantus deepdive. Sure, we can read the "manual" diagrams, but your recordings and live labeling have helped me far more than any literature. Bravo!

    Great video! Love those switch caps, too. What size are they?

    • @FemiFleming
      @FemiFleming  ปีที่แล้ว

      Don’t know! I just ordered a bunch from mouser and digikey cus I had no idea how to order switch caps, actually had to trim these down to fit. I sound just get the smallest ones, these are still slightly big.

    i don't really understand what is a mono piezo input which is the minijack on the left. Can it be possible to plug any mono audio signal in this input (like a mono synth)? the music ending the video is good !

    • @FemiFleming
      @FemiFleming  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes! You can plug any mono or stereo signal into that jack and it will come out of the banana jack in mono. You can plug a mono synth into that jack.

    I plug my mic and I only listen the dry sound, the delay is no working, any suggestion?

    What mic are you using? I've been trying a shitty Behringer one (my fault, I know) and it's overdriving to all hell...

    • @FemiFleming
      @FemiFleming  ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m using my roommates Samson C02 going into a behringer tube mic pre, he’s uses them to record his overheads but worked well for me here so.. I know nothing about microphones lol.
