This is nice but the room dimensions are so tiny you are forced to put furniture in only one place. Doors in the middle of the wall cut a room in two. Living room narrow. You guys do a great job though and love your enthusiasm.
Lovely home for a small family or a couple. Seems to have everything in such a compact way. Would an ideal little home for me if I could afford to move back home, wish, wish!
Hi Elliott and Matt we love watching you vlogs. We have seen your show home vlog in the spinney in Shrewsbury and you said you liked the large mirror walls. We have two of these mirrors that we have not used as we only used one in one of our bathrooms. Would you be interested. 😊
I think you two did a wonderful job with pointing out all the positives in this house. I'm not feeling it with this one as the sitting room is like a corridor and there's hardly any storage. Fine for a singleton but definitely not if you have kids. x
Lovely tour BUT why on earth don't developers put some storage in. Any storage. Bung it on the price of the house and the mortgage will take care of it. I mean, hardly any storage anywhere.... except for the dinky cupboard on the first floor landing which would have been so useful if the developer had bothered to shelve it out, with interchangeable adjustments....although you pointed out the loft for storage the way houses are built these days, you are not allowed to use the loft...
It really wouldn’t as this was filmed a while ago. Prices constantly change with plot releases over time. I’ve linked all the contact details etc in the description box so you can find out current pricing and plot availability. Hope you find that useful and up to date. 👍
I'm following you guys since months and planning to buy a new build for me and my husband in the UK but never get any response from Redrow... I have specific needs like windows that are closing INWARDS and roller shutters as we are not from UK. I know this is standard in the UK but doesn't fit our needs. Do you think you can help us ?
@@ElliotNMatt Because you can clean them by yourself when you want without a ladder outside, and to get outside roller shutters for more insulation benefits and better sleep. Also for security reasons. In my country this is a standard, no one have outwards closing windows and we we all have outside roller shutters. I never understood why this isn't a standard within UK. P. S : to be able to open them hinge/tilt
Hi, I'd say that pretty much all new build developers will offer the outward opening windows as this is standard in U.K. Most people employ a window cleaner to keep the windows nice. You can of course have inward opening windows installed yourself but that would be at extra cost after you have moved in and not part of the initial build.

Love the house, although I think I'd change the downstairs toilet for a cloakroom/storage cupboard, for coats, vacuum cleaner. xmas decorations etc.

The woodlands houses in Alrewas (shared ownership) are very similar but have much more storage which is good 😊

Why do you need inward closing windows? Do you mean shutters for outside? Most U.K. homes just use internal blinds. 😁
