Yes , it's closely related...so closely related that is the same Lusitanian Breed, no more and no less. I tell you why: When Our (Portuguese) Ancestors , The Cónii-Lusitanians, started to Counter Battle the Romans, they started here in the Center Interior of Portugal, the Serra da Estrêla, which is in The Province of Beira Alta, then the War started to spread to the South across all Our (Lusitânia~Portugal)Territory and then The Fight it went Further inside the (present Spain) "Spanish" Territory which is Andalusia, side-by-side with Our Alentejo Province in the South, and beyond in the whole Hiberia. ONE OF the Great Weapons We had against the mighty Roman Legions, was The Mobility of Our Cavalry, with the masterful Warriors and Horsemen riding The Best Horses in The World. So, We had to took our Lusitânos to the "Spanish" territory, which finally stayed there, because after The Lusitanian Wars, many of Our Ancestors, began living there with their Lusitâno Horses, and today they are "Spanish" too, but, The Fact is, They Are All Genetically Lusitanian~Portuguese, i mean, both of them, the Men and the Horses. So, here it is the explanation. The Andalusian Horses are Descendents of the Lusitâno Horses.

it's not the same breed because the Lusitano was selected during centuries for the bullfight and for war - they are pretty different from the spanish horses despite the fact the official separation only happened recently

Something people doesn't know (because of evilOccultGlobalistBanking interests to hide history, undermine and dismiss the importance of certain states or groups of people) is that the best breeds of useful horses USA had in order to mobilize, create towns and communities in all the USA and Canada territories came from the best breeds of horses from the iberian peninsula, both Portugal and Spain. It's recognized by academic institutions that the most beautiful, powerful and diverse biosphere ecosystems in all of Europe are located in the iberian peninsula
