These seem like they would be awesome wrenches for turnings tie rods, doing alignments.

This is the first time I’ve had an up-close look at the Wera Joker. It looks like it can help speed up jobs where the bolt torque isn’t too high and where a hand might have limited space to access the bolt. Thanks for showing this tool, CP!

So I finally decided to try out the joker wrenches and bought the small. First time I used them they worked good. Next bolt I used them on was really tight and they kept opening up and cammig over

good job cp. Skill had a similar wrench to the joker, menards was closing them at one buck after rebate picked up two and have been using them for a year or more, works good for plumbing and air fittings.

I LOVE my Joker 6004’s! I have all six sizes and use it for HVAC. They’re life savers when you’re running gas lines all day. I use the XXL size and the 12”Knipex Cobra’s and my hands have never been happier. I wouldn’t necessarily use them for automotive since they are pretty thick, but I could see them being useful in certain situations.

    Hello again CP
Thank you for another Great Video. I don't know if I would buy the Wera Joker Wrenches. I would think that they would be a limited use tool. That might change if I were to borrow one on the job. That how I found out about the Gearwrench Ratchet Wrenches and Angle Head Wrenches. Again thank you

Hey CP, checking in from mid Tn brother.
Somewhere there is a apprentice still searching for the metric adjustable wrench I sent him after.
Thanks for the video and review.
    Stay strong brothers.

How much return pressure is required to use the ratchet function? That is a issue with some of these types of tools. I takes so much pressure that the fastener has to be almost tight before it will work.

I have two of the Joker’s. I haven’t really found a use for them yet.

Glad I'm not the only one. I have the 4 piece kit. Finally found a use. I was swapping out my laundry wash basin. It would have been perfect for the faucet nut. Nope! The large was too small. I needed the XL or the XXL. I still might buy them which really sounds dumb. If most of us bought only tools we need we would have a lot less tools. :)

Love the channel and the content, but would it not be literally 1/6 or 1/12 of a turn?

    • @CPthetooladdict

Well the handle has some spring-loaded mechanics also that gives up movement

Dude I think it's funny, ironic, you use your Sk tongue n groove pliers as an EDC like I do! I have nearly every fancy wrench just.like you and I use them WHEN I need one, but for some reason I grab those SKs for all "unknown situations"...... (Also note : the snap on variant is awesome even though they freaking rust! I stil! Gran the sk first even the bite on the snap on is awesome... !) Hard to beat knocked innovations

TURN Radius in this tool is defined by the number if sides on the fasteners

Wera makes some cool tools, but they seem to be more geared toward industrial use. Their ratchets, sockets, screwdrivers, etc could obviously be used in many mechanical fields. But stuff like this, as you say, don’t seem geared toward automotive at all.
