I love the animations. The bear attacks, the random little sulfur rock guys rolling around and running. There was a ton of care put into cradting the creatures and their animations.

In POE 2 I’d like to know what kills me. Like an after death log or something.

mm I didn't add it in the video but Jonathan said it is something he wants to add but it won't be during the poe beta

Great video summary of what we know so far. Subbed.
As for loot, I like it being identified on the ground. It makes filtering even easier. And, using LE as the example, when I see something drop that is my top tier item with excellent affixes, I pick it up and keep moving. So I still have that moment in town where I compare what I picked up versus what I have equipped. I think that uniques/legendaries would be great to drop unid-ed so that they could be traded and someone else gets that excitement/slump of the identification, but then you're handling different types of drops differently, which adds complexity for not a great reason.

one reason i like loot unidentified is because it adds another layer to trading. i've made a decent amount of divine, by selling UN-id TWWT

The problem with immunity are items like doryanis prototype or Avatar of fire which prevents all but one dmg type.

Honest answer is not right now but if I can grow as a content creator and eventually grow my own community that would use it then yes.

In regards to loot, POE and last epoch are much different. The fact that last epochs loot is dropped pre identified is needed due to the crafting system in that game.
In last epoch having the ability to destroy items for shards makes it so even a blue item can be good and useful even if it is just for the shards.
POE does not have that so it is not so needed. Though chaos orbs rerolling only 1 stat on an item could change that but ehh.

Damn, you really don't believe people would watch until the end, huh? I did watch until the end and I am a total noob who has only played a gladiator and a raider so far. Haven't even cleared an endgame boss yet.

When it comes to id'ing loot there is one thing I don't get. Why do we need wisdom scrolls? Can't we just right click items to id them?

because the game and the servers go ablaze when identifying stuff as it drops, at least for poe 1, if you use the chest that makes magic items drop identified and run the juiced maps that drops hundreds of thousands of items your pc might just die from stress(there are builds that can do that as well). On poe 2 if they reduce the amount of loot to a significant degree maybe identified drops might be a thing in the future as long as it doesn't cause performance, even LE suffers from it, the wisdom scrolls being a thing is their philosophy of adding weight, idk in this day and age if it still makes sence since they are giving an npc to id items for us in town.
