    I'm four years younger than Crazy legs, I use to breakdance back in the '80s going from estate to estate battling other crews. So, anyway seeing Crazy legs bust these moves inspired me to see if I still had what it took, so I got my boom box, my lino, and went for it ... I get out of hospital next week 😒

    Crazy legs and storm are complete legends of the b boy game. Both dancers don’t have anything to prove, they were just blessing the crowd with some og flavour.

      Ricky Tubens I agree. Plus, if you look at Crazy Legs back in the early 1980s, he was skinny so it was easier to do those moves. If you look at him today, his body is heavier and more muscular. His pecs are bulging out. His muscular biceps and triceps are bigger with the veins popping out. Same with his strong shoulders. The muscles have more definition after he gets all sweaty from bboying... no homo.

    What amazes me is all the haters that disrespect a guy thats gotten older and of course is not in top form and can not reverse aging and time, but he still goes out there ans does what he loves. All you all who open your mouth slinging trash , lets see you try and get down like back in the day, if you ever danced anyway, the saying is ,Those who can do, those who can't just talk about it. Reguardless this man is one of the originals, he was part of history, and I detect jealousy out there. GROW UP, OR GET A LIFE.

  • @JB-zo7ln

    what's amazing about dancing, breaking, etc..is that these men 30 years later and then some are still moving and kickin it like they did when they were much younger men. You will not see that in too much else, for example, retired baseball, basketball, football, boxing, or even mr. Olympia 30 years past (or 10) ain't lifting the same weights he used to. but this amazing mind, body, muscle connection in dudes with tremendous high caliber breaking and dancing skills never dies. That's so awesome.

    • @footcrimez
      @footcrimez  8 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      word up! as they said - its keeping of traditions and pounds of respect. Not only because of them, but also nowadays generation support. Bboy Freeze said me once: "If it wasn't for the inspiration i get from the younger guys i wouldnt dance like i do today". Thats the meaning of keeping the culture alive.

    • @FonkaZoid
      @FonkaZoid 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      that is a very good point. when you think about it, if Crazy legs lost a few pounds, he would be pretty much back to his old self in speed and power to weight. Break dancing and weight training are the two main sports where people seem to be able to continue well over 50 years old

    I think if Crazy Legs was better conditioned (don't matter the age) he wouldn't been able to match Storms rounds, well in style anyway. You can tell even after the second round he was already a little gassed. No disrespect of course cos I know what this feels like when your mind tells you that u can do it but your body’s just not there. Respect to both though, i’m a big fan of the two legends of course. 1 Love! Pce!

    die beiden b-boys mit dem größten fame ever stossen aufeinander, crazy
    legs hats nochmal wissen wollen und storm war souverän, wie immer. er
    kanns halt noch. aber man darf nicht vergessen storm kam später dazu als
    crazy legs und hatte keine schwierigkeiten damit von vielen
    verschiedenen b boys aus amerika zu lernen, während crazy legs bemüht
    war seinen eigenen stil zu kreieren, da das kopieren voneinander damals
    dort extrem verpönt war. so hat zwar storm eine größere vielfalt aber
    crazy legs ist quasi der, der es mit erfand (jedenfalls einiges an
    moves, wie z.b. den einstieg von oben in den backspin).
    bewundernwert ist ihre liebe fürs b boying, welche bislang ungebrochen ist, was leider auf etliche andere koryphäen von früher nicht mehr zutrifft. wenn wir uns mal wieder treffen und jemand mitteilen lässt , er hätte damit abgeschlossen, dann schmerzt es doch ein wenig.
    auf jeden fall war diese veranstaltung eine gelungene vorstellung für den echten spirit des hip-hop und des b boying und die abschlussreden der beiden jungs sollten vor allem jungen leuten so einige motivation für diesen lifestyle mit auf den weg geben.
    in diesem sinne
    hip hop don´t stop
    euer breakmüller

    These guys are both awesome but I felt sorry for crazy legs either it was his age he ran out of steam or just can't kick it exactly how he once did. Hats of to them both though 👏 👏🏼👏🏼🍻👌🏽👌🏽😁
