capture the city with the green circle surrounding it. Guadacanal each level of difficulty has a perk that can be unlocked after capturing that city. Its the same city for each difficulty lvl, top left corner of the map i believe.
I am way to late but I can help someone who sees this later… Basically that files are to upgrade the special medals u buy in the shop (like the one who has a 80% chance to attack 4 times etc…)

Why not using rumor + dominance?
Lowering enemy attack and you get damage boost because of dominance
You should try using general Williams he is a awesome artillery general
You can do a review on all your General's and parks on WC3 and loveing your content good work on your videos
But isnt plain fighting even better than crossfire bc then you have one more attack buff and you oneshot troops with even more health?

It’s because you need to unlock it whit scenario or pass
Click on a slot to ad a skill to a Commander/ swith a existing one, there you will see the level you can unlock the skill so you can upgrade it
