Ontario -Conservative, Windsor, a major intersection is being redone, by a private firm(okay, that happens). Used to be done by the city but, the city recently elected a former mayor of the richer bedroom town, Tecumseh, also a Conservative. The former mayor is currently the CEO of the biggest credit union in town. His first act as CEO was to drop the fee free checking account with a balance of $1000 or more. I called the municipal reporting service(called 311 in Ontario) to say hey, the uh, detour signs lead me to a parking lot, next to the street that actually goes around. They told me to file an online complaint with the private company. I'm not going to do that, ever. I will tip the detour signs over and walk away though. Fail.
oh don’t worry - every second person working for these cities is a “manager” reaping huge bonuses each year funded by your taxes - I’m sure they are right on top of the monitoring that any real organization would be doing

We've got the (Conservative mostly) Premiers doing the hypocrisy on parade dance and the "Globe and mail" is talking about municipal water pipes. Did you know that all political parties maintain(that means continually update) a database of who does what politically, some of them only care about Canadians. Did you know that political donations go to the ridings they come from? Did you know the limit on a political donation is only for taxable rebates? Is your back itchy? I thought it was, that's why I scratched it.
