INGREDIENTS
* 4 Cups All Purpose Flour
* 3 tbsp Cooking oil
* 1 tbsp Instant Yeast
* 1/3 Cup Sugar
* 1 1/2 Glass Warm water for Kneading
* Cooking oil for frying

Yes, but that would be mandazi
Also Baking powder gives them a different taste. Yeast makes them taste better
