@@blowitoutyourcunt7675 LoL You're not the first one to call me on liking to 'play with dolls' though it's more the joy of making clothes either for display or for friends' kids. E6000 is great stuff if you don't want the hair going anywhere. Just watch out for those darling little ones who like to play 'barber shop'.
@@agwebkinz010 Precisely! I will admit I made an "egyptian" wig for a Barbie doll for a school project back in the day - essentially the thickest, coarsest wool I could find and stone beads. The Tacky Glue worked great keeping it in place for the class display, and actually stayed fairly well after.
@@trenae77 I'm a career nanny, so often I'm repairing "well loved" dolls that need loads of child safe repairs. E6000 has saved many dolls, toys, mums mothers day mug I accidentally broke and in general helps mend life during chaotic lives LOL tacky glue is for sit there and be pretty, E6000 can be ridden hard and put away wet with no ill effect ; ) Love your channel, it has helped loads with my current project! Cheers! Ps - If I too didn't love playing with (and repairing) dolls I'd be a poor nanny!
I totally needed this! Thank you 💗💗

From personal experience, Tacky Glue is a great crafting glue that sets well. I totally agree it would be a great base for re-wigging.
Plus if you end up not liking the wig, it's easy to remove :)
That's great for adults playing with Show dolls but I'll stick to my E6000 for hard toddlers/child play : )

Would it help to tie the hair up first or would that make it more difficult? Thanks!
Trish Lamour I think it’s easier with the hair up but it’s totally personal preference ☺️✌🏼
Love your videos and thank you for sharing 👍😃
Thank you!
Thanks I’m getting a wig for my bday
Which shop did you get the doll wig from?
This one was from BeautifullyCustom but they unfortunately don't make wigs anymore.

Would gorilla glue would work for the wig and if a ag doll have. A pen mark on her or face or eyes would it work for magic eraser
I would not use Gorilla Glue for a doll wig.
