Upper body workouts are usually a struggle for me, but the way you talk to us throughout the whole video, so encouraging and always cheering us on, keeps me from giving up midway through the workout. Thank you 🙏

Today I did it the first time with no pauses! After 6 weeks of doing this, just to feel more flexible and relaxed, I reached a goal I didn’t even set. The greatest thing ever :)

Abzolutely loved it!! Altough at some point it felt a little hard, l knew it was cause l need to work out more my upper body. This was a great motivation to keep going on my fitness jurney and grow every day stronger. You guys are such a blessing and in every video you add shows the heart you put on
Love your videos Mark, but this one was quite advanced. Almost 10 minutes in downward dog, without a break was too difficult for me. Would have been cooler if you threw a break or two in next time.
Challenge accepted..I did this once in the morning and once in the evening..Hands down (literally) ...the best upper body workout I have ever done..❤ it🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
